This was an amazing experience. All that we previously learned/experienced via land was great, but experiencing Portland from the water at sunset was truly unforgettable. Tour guide/captain very knowledge and personable. I would do this again in a heartbeat!

wow we got to the site right on time and they were taking off. said they called us. no call. left with out us. missed our tour!

Our boats must leave on time to respect all passengers who arrive promptly. We ask everyone to arrive at least 30 minutes before departure, and we begin boarding 15 minutes before.
Our records show you arrived 2 minutes after the scheduled departure. At that point, the boat had already left the dock, and we could not safely or operationally bring it back. We apologize for any confusion about a phone call, but our departure schedule is firm.
We immediately offered to get you on a tour today to make up for the inconvenience. Please contact us to accept this offer so you can still enjoy your experience!

Beautiful way to see Portland. The narrated boat ride was relaxing and enjoyable. The boat didn't seem overly crowded even though I think it was a sold out cruise.

It was ok. You need to be early and wait in line because outdoor seating is very limited. They should really consider only selling the number of tickets that match their outdoor seating.
Also speaker can’t be easily heard in certain spots of the board, which was disappointing.

Great experience riding out through Casco Bay hearing about the history behind the area: light houses, neighborhoods and forts. We also got too go around some of the islands and saw an amazing sunset.

Beautiful weather Captain & crew were knowledgeable. We had Victoria who was very informative, with lots of history and individual islands detail and welcomed questions. Our Captain spotted bald eagles so Victoria could point them out for us. Glad we had extra layer with us as it got breezy. Basic sightseeing vessel and we sat on top for best views.

Everyone was friendly and kind. We were on this trip for my husband’s 70th birthday. All three crew members were great. Victoria was very knowledgeable! The fellow passengers next to us were very polite, and friendly!

Arrive at the check in early to get a good seat, especially if you’re with a large group. Quick and efficient loading of passengers and a superb tour by captain and narrator. Keep your eyes on the water as you never know what might pop up! Perfect family activity.

BEAUTIFUL!! Highly recommend! The weather was beautiful! The tour was a perfect amount of time! We enjoyed staying up top and just stood the whole time! Brought our two kids (5 and almost 3) and they did great!! Just bring a sweatshirt in case it gets chilly! So fun and beautiful sights!! The tour guide was also so nice and down to earth!

We enjoyed the experience, and the bay was beautiful. There was not a working PA, so we missed quite a bit of the commentary. There is a good selection of drinks, but the snacks provided were very limited.

It was wonderful. I went at sunset and got to see a lot of the islands and a lot of history. It gets cold on the water so take a jacket even if it is warm out.

It was very informative but still fun. We saw alot of wildlife. We were able to see the bald eagles up pretty close! Emily our guide was very knowledgeable. Captain Shawn was great. John was very friendly. If only it was a bit warmer! But they had hot tea to help with that too! We would totally take the tour again.
