Board your boat, the Elizabeth Grace, near the Portland ferry terminal and cruise around Portland Harbor at sunset, when Casco Bay and the coast of southern Maine are the most romantic. The Portland beer club is a fantastic meet up spot where we met Christopher- he is such a gem that we decided to go back after the boat ride for a round of beer and cider. Denny and the captain were super warm and knowledgeable about the history. Highly reccomend this company and the tour!

Lots of fog but the crew was great! Bring a blanket cause it gets chilly. Loved Danny! And Rick was our captain, he was also great!

Good people. Clean boat. Only reason not a 5 star is my error as I didn't pay attention to what I really need on a 90 minute trip -- as drinking before and during a 1.5 hour trip on a small rocking boat sunset trip - with no real bathroom just an emergency jug and seat behund a shower curtain isn't a good combo if you frequently need a bathroom while drinking.

Our pilot Pete, and deckhand Danny provided a fun and informative sunset boat cruise of the Portland harbor. The highlight was positioning the boat perfectly and slowly spinning it a bit for amazing sunset photo with the beautiful Portland Head Light lighthouse. Danny provided informative information about the sights we saw, while Pete navigated us around as the sun set. The boat has a few open air ports and windows in addition to the clear closed windows around the passenger area, so you get a nice breeze without being totally exposed to the elements. Highly recommend this tour!

The Captain was very friendly and took us on a smooth and scenic ride. The tour guide wasn't quite as friendly, but was very knowledgeable. It was difficult to hear him at times. He would benefit from a mic. The lighthouses were wonderful and the history was fascinating. They gave a small pour of beer on site while you wait and a can onboard. They had beer, wine, seltzers and soda on board. It was was well worth the price and I would definitely recommend them.

A nice son set boat ride. Both captain and crew were fantastic. Loved the location, the sites and the history. We were also able to see seals, which was a treat. Highly recommend.

Fabulous evening on the water! Seeing the lighthouses from the bay and, then, watching them as the sunlight faded - spectacular. Our Captain took us on a wonderful route and our guide provided SO much information!
The addition of a cold beverage to sip on was just the cherry on top!

What a lot of fun. The information about Portland was great and all my questions were answered about the area. My original reservation was rained out but the captain rescheduled anyone interested for the following evening.

The guide and the boat captain were wonderful. We saw so many sights from the water that would have taken much longer to visit by car. The number of guests is limited which made for a nice, intimate cruise. This was particularly relaxing after a long day of driving. Just sat back and enjoyed a beverage.

one word- AMAZING! the lighthouses were incredible, we even got to see a good amount of seals either perched up on a big rock or in the water swimming!! 100% recommend and would definitely do again!!

Exceptionally knowledgeable and provided insight to the history of the area while not being so drenched in history no one could take a breath…. The perfect pace. We will definitely do this again when we’re back in this area

Despite the fog and mist, it was a fun and informative tour. Noah was our guide (unfortunately I don’t remember the captain’s name) and he was fun—and having grown up here, he knew the area well. I’m glad we went, despite the weather.

The guide was incredibly informative and made sure the whole boat heard his stories…the only down side of the place we met mentioned where the bathrooms were but did not mention there was no bathroom on the boat- I would have made sure to use it had I known that detail
