Our tour guide, Jeff, was phenomenal! It was a perfect way to spend our Halloween night and it was great way to become oriented with some of the cities landmarks while learning about some spooky happenings!

Guide attempted to entertain. However, tour involved passing around a binder of info multiple times. Included info not at all related to ghosts. Spent a good bit of time on a maine psychic that failed on Patty Hurst case.....left tour after that segment.

Thanks for your feedback. This tour usually gets great reviews but we understand that not every guest connects with every guide and of course some people want more of a haunted house experience than a haunted history tour.
Our tours include all kinds of paranormal stories beyond ghost stories including psychic phenomena, true crime, UFOs, local legends, cryptid sightings, and more! We use binders with historical photos, newspaper headlines, recreations, and much more to help people visualize the historical figures associated with the stories and to show proof where the tales were recounted by local journalists. We find most of our guests love all kinds of paranormal stories and it sparks their imaginations to see photos and articles about the real life people involved

Our guide Grace was awesome! She was professional, engaging, and definitely knew the stories and told them well.
Unfortunately, the tour included AI images shown to us. Not only are AI generated images ethically questionable due to environmental concerns (the amount of water and energy that is wasted to make those picture is enormous), AI images also steal content from real artists in order to make its “art.”
The images took some of the fun out of the trip. We didnt need the silly pictures of what ghosts “could” look like. The fun of ghost tours is to hear spooky stories, personal accounts of ghosts, and learn some darker history about the city you’re in. The AI images took away so much from that experience.

This is not an experience where you will see or look for ghosts. However, this is a very good history lesson on different events that took place over the years along with stories about different sightings that took place. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and was raised in the area along with several generations of family members who lived in the area. I would really recommend taking the tour.

Our tour guide, Jeff, was knowledgeable about the cities history, culture and paranormal activity. It was a fun way to spend the evening in a new city. The tour winds it's way through the port and historic downtown with interesting historical facts and insights throughout.

This was a BLAST! Our tour guide, Jeff, was so animated and fun! There were a couple kids in our group and you could tell he was keeping an eye on them to make sure they didn’t get too spooked. The tales were interesting and the guide kept us all both spooked and laughing the whole time!

Tour was informative. There was a lot of walking. Jordan was a local which was an important point for us. Tour was a little different to find. I wish these tour guides would have some way for us to identify that they are our tour guide when we are looking for the starting point. This happened to us in Bar Harbor as well. we walked right past thinking that it was just a person standing by a tree.

There were ghost stories but majority had no origin. I’ve been on many ghost tours where the ghosts are traced back to specific people for specific reasons. This one was many theories. Including a “ghost cat” because why not, the guide had no other theories so a ghost cat it might be!
