We appreciated the tour points of interest and historical value. The technical difficulties, despite doing what was suggested ahead of time and downloading everything prior to, is the reason for the rating. The app repeatedly closed and had a delay resulting in missed turns and directional mishaps. Thankfully, my husband is very direction-savvy and got us right back on track but it happened multiple times.

My audio tours are valid forever and work offline once downloaded beforehand, and once you reach the starting point, the app should guide you from there with flexibility and convenience. Great way to explore Portland. We drove to places we would have never been able to get to on foot and it ends at a beautiful lighthouse.

It was an unexpected “feels like” 16 degrees (nation wide cold burst !) in early November. when we started our trip and even had a short bought of snow flurries, so this was the greatest alternative to a walking tour. Very enjoyable, at your own pace, Audio and GPS very informative, efficient and easy trouble shooting - but really didn’t have any problems! Great Day together for our short get away together!!! We both really enjoyed it !

It was fun to be able to drive around and be given the local information. The only problem was there was a road closure and it did not reroute us so we missed some things.

For some reason, the audio cuts off the last word or part of word. We repeated it several times and it did the same thing.

The navigation worked great it was easy and accurate. It was the next best thing to doing a private tour. Didn’t have to worry about waiting on people to board the bus on time at every stop. Was able to pause the tour as long s needed.

I loved this! I took this tour during the nighttime hours and it was still amazing! Only downside was one part of the tour was Under construction and we couldn’t drive down those roads so it was a little challenging, trying to get back on the tour but other than that I had a great time it was really informative and fun

Since we had a vehicle available in Portland, this was an excellent and less expensive way to see the city. We had a little trouble getting to the starting point but once we started at the correct point, it ran very smoothly.

We enjoyed it very much. Wish it went to a beach that was off beaten track but that’s only thing. Narrator was great and lively. would have even loved it a little longer.

We went at our own pace. We missed a few things because gps wasn’t syncing. Overall, pretty cool concept and will definitely recommend and do it again.

I live in Portland but am new so decided to take this tour and I loved it. It's a bit out of date and so I got a little lost. The houses around the Danforth are no longer painted colorfully. I recommend doing the tour when there won't be people out and about, perhaps very early in the morning.

Better Google maps integration and more pictures of what was described would be helpful. The cathedral should be described later when the route passed right in front of it.

self-driven tour. disappointed. audio did not line up with the visual. arriving at locations were not clearly obvious. audio did not indicate 'on your right' or 'on your left'. didn't know what we were looking at!
maybe half way through the tour, the road was blocked due to emergency vehicles on scene and we left the route but were not brought back to catch the rest of the tour.
the tour did not recognize that we were no longer on their route.
