IMPORTANT PICK-UP INFORMATION: Tour pick-ups start up to 45 minutes prior to the tour start time. The pick-up time you will be given depends on the location of the hotel you are staying at. When you book the tour, America's Hub World Tours will email you a ticket with your 15-minute pick-up window. At the beginning of the 15-minute pick-up window please stand at the hotel lobby doors and look for a Sprinter van. Your Tour Guide will arrive within the 15-minute pick-up window listed.

- Child Safety Seat Law Child passengers must be restrained in child safety seats until they weigh forty pounds or reach the upper weight limit for the car seat in use. Infants must ride rear-facing until they reach two years of age unless the child turned age one prior to May 26, 2017.
- Booster Seat Law Children over forty pounds or who have reached the upper weight limit for their forward-facing car seat must use a child seat with harness or a booster to 4'9" tall or age eight and the adult belt fits correctly.
- Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
- This tour is operated in a Sprinter van. This is not a boat tour.
- This tour does operate in rainy weather.

Our tour guide, Rob, was fantastic! He filled the time with interesting facts especially for those of us who love history and story telling! The sites on the trip were phenomenal and Rob even took pictures for anyone who wanted at one of the falls! Rob also gave us details about the different sections of Portland and restaurants/sites to see while there. Definitely check this out if you can!

My brother and I booked this tour last min and we were so glad we did! Rob is a great host and gave such a thorough history about Oregon and all of the waterfalls we would be stopping to see. It’s a halfday tour but it went by so fast. We’re lucky the weather cooperated that day so that we had a better time exploring. Definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to get a glimpse of the iconic waterfalls and useful travel tips/trivia from Rob.

I highly recommend it! I’ve had an amazing time visiting Portland for the first time. The duration of the tour was just nice, I don’t feel rushed in a group tour. Gunner, our tour guide/driver was very knowledgeable, amazing story teller, and was very helpful! Not only did I enjoyed the sightseeing, I’ve also learnt a fair bit of history about Portland and the food scene! Thanks for the fun experience!

John, our guide, was very informative. Answered all our questions. Loved the waterfalls. John had a wonderful positive attitude. We recommend the private tour as it allows a more personal experience. You can choose how much walking you do at each stop. You still see amazing views whether you walk closer to the falls or stay back.

It was ok. Little rushed. First time to tour, was 5 minutes late at our first stop and was reprimanded like I was a 10 year old. Set a negative vibe with me for the rest of tour, next time emphasize the importance of being on time and not just say be back by a certain time. We didn’t know you had another tour and pressed for time.

Thank you for the feedback. It is very important to return on time from each stop, because if you do not you are taking time away from your fellow tour guests at the next stops. There were 9 other people on the tour and they were all waiting on you to return to the van, because they all returned on time. If you want to return to the van at a time you choose, then a private tour may be better for you.

Fabulous four hour trip enjoying waterfalls and fall foliage. Driver Garrett was fantastic. Super helpful and very personable. Learned so much about the Gorge area. I went solo and had such a nice group to visit with all afternoon.

Excellent half day tour if you don't have time to see as much as you like, this tour packs in a lot in a short time! And you don't have to drive so you can really look at all the views. I would say this is a MUST for people who've never been to this area before.
