Great tour and our guide James was very knowledgeable. I was able to complete the tour despite some snags in the schedule. Portland Falls is a must see. Hope to do this tour sometime in the summer when it is less cold.

Really awesome tour. All of the waterfalls were gorgeous. Tour guide Jeffree was super knowledgeable and friendly.
Only complaint is that by booking through Viator we weren't offered hotel pickup and didnt know that was an option. We spent $30 ubering to Migration Brewing for the pickup only to discover they had picked up other people from our hotel.

Waterfall Shuttles did an incredible job taking us to some of the most breathtaking views. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, fun and open to all questions. Special shout out to the front office...when an issue came up, they were quick to resolve it. For so many big companies, you can feel invisilbe. Not with them. They care about you and want to make your experience phenomenal.

Our tour guide, Branden, was AMAZING! We were lucky enough to be on a very small tour, only our family of 4 & one other couple. Branden’s passion for everything Columbia River Gorge was infectious. My 19-year-old son & 13-year-old daughter totally bought into the tour & listened attentively. Braden knew EVERYTHING about the geology, the flora & fauna, and the history of the area.

We had a great experience with Waterfall Shuttle! The trip was well-organized and didn’t feel rushed, which gave us plenty of time to enjoy each stop. What really stood out was the tour guide — he was knowledgeable about the local environment and history, which added a lot of depth to the experience. They kept us engaged the entire time!
Another thing we appreciated was their hospitality. After a long day of hiking and exploring, it was a relief to be dropped off directly at our hotel rather than figuring out transportation ourselves. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable outing, and we felt well taken care of throughout the day. We highly recommend Waterfall Shuttle!

For some reason, I was not put on the manifest for this tour, even though I booked and paid for it 4 months in advance. I continued to get reminders up until the day of the tour. When the time came for the bus to be at the pickup location, and no one was there, I reached out via Viator app. No one answered me, so I had to ask the staff at Migration Brewery for a contact number for the people running the tour. Luckily, they had a number, and after calling twice, I was able to get someone on the line. I spoke to one of the owners, Kayla, and she told me that not only was the time on Viator wrong, but I was not put on the list for pickup. An oversight for the company- they should update all the platforms they advertise on to make sure their information is correct.
Seeing as I only had one full day in Portland, I was unable to reschedule the tour, and I was unable to accomplish the one thing I wanted to do while here. Kayla was apologetic (not as apologetic as I think she should have been, but that's just my emotion speaking), and she went through Viator and issued me a refund immediately, but my trip was ruined due to some sort of oversight. Since she was able to find my reservation so easily on Viator, it really does make me skeptical as to why they wouldn't double check on their end that all reservations are added to the manifest.
As a fellow small business owner, I expect honest reviews and welcome ways that I can improve. While Kayla was efficient in taking care of the refund, and really there is nothing else she could have done seeing as I was leaving the next day, I can't help but send out a warning to anyone who is looking into booking with this particular tour. Do your due diligence and contact them directly to make sure you don't get left off the manifest, and don't depend on the (many) confirmations you get via app or email.

Doug did a great job throughout the tour. The falls were all fantastic. Make sure you are able to handle some walking and rough ground with steep grades.

Our tour guide, Mino, was awesome! He gave us lots of information about the surroundings as we drove to each waterfall. It was so nice to not have to worry about parking and to get tips on the best way to see and enjoy each area we visited. The waterfalls were beautiful and I highly recommend this way of seeing a lot in a short amount of time.
