This may be one of the most fun experiences I’ve ever had while traveling! Totally worth the price and the time. The scenery is so stunning and peaceful during the ride. The waterfalls are gorgeous and so easy to access. Hardly any hiking involved. And the owner of the e-bikes is so friendly and accommodating. He even gave us popsicles at the end of our ride. The path is shady and can be chilly in the morning. I’m glad I brought a sweatshirt. The bikes have a holder for a water bottle and my phone which was very nice. We were given an electronic and paper map, but we didn’t need either because the path is a straight shot. The largest waterfall has a gift shop, restaurant and bathrooms which is very nice as well. The whole experience is so beautiful and fun! You must do it.

We did the half day tour which included a hike to the top of Multnomah Falls. The hike was amazing and the views were spectacular!! I would recommend a full day to really take in all the great falls as we ran out of time, but overall it’s something you should consider.

Beautiful area to bike in. Half day is a bit rushed to see everything so I'd do with the full day if I did it again. Only used an e-bike once before and these seemed underpowered in comparison but still adequate to the task.

We had so much fun riding from one waterfall to the next. The weather was perfect. I wish they had a bike only lane but it was still fun.

I read other reviews and appreciated some of the comments. After booking there are good instructions. You are on the old highway then take a gravel road to get up to the storage barn, but it’s well marked. Brian was great at going over things and was patient when others had questions. If you can, it’s nice to have a backpack and some snacks/water for the trip. He did have a milk cart he strapped to the back of 2 bikes but not all have. It’s self guided and very easy to get along to each waterfall with the bike (saves the hassle of trying to park - which was real even on a not so busy day). We bought the 1/2 day tour and I read that some couldn’t make all the falls. This is pretty true - especially if you are not comfortable w/an e-bike and you do more than just “look” at the falls. We were slow to get going then took our time at the first 2 falls and then had to do some time management in order to get to the rest of the falls and return the bikes on time. Brian did have the option of upgrading to a full day when we got there since they were not fully booked (but we had other things planned so couldn’t stay). We hit 5 of the 6 falls on the guide and hit the 6th in our car on the way back to town since we saw the parking lot was not full as we passed. We also spent a long time at Multnomah Falls (stopped at gift shop), while fun - cut into our time. For an initial trip and to see it all quickly, would actually just recommend setting a timer. Seems silly and maybe not spontaneous, but the times are detailed about how long to get to each and to the falls and I think pretty accurate and could keep you on track to see it all. I just didn’t pay attention while AT each fall. Now that ive done it and seen several falls, I would totally go again on an all day ride with snacks/water and have time to do more hiking and would just pick and choose some falls. All the falls are unique and beautiful. So glad we did it. The E-bike pretty much tops out at 20 mph and the traffic wasn’t too bad on the road. There is quite a bit of shade so it can be a little chilly and temperature fluctuations from sun to shade. When biking back, trying to get up that gravel drive is for sure a challenge!!! I ended up just pushing up it, but could see how someone could fall over on a bike as they are heavy. Great overall experience!!!

A lot of fun! We biked, we hiked, we took lots of pictures of waterfalls, we would highly recommend to everyone!!

This E-bike ride was such an adventure. Instructions were clear on where to meet and how to ride the bikes. Riding with the wind in our hair felt amazing. Cars getting around us on the sometimes curvy road was a bit nerve racking but the mirrors on the bikes helped to see when a car was approaching.
We went mid June and it was chilly due to the shady route. Glad I grabbed my light jacket from the car before we started.
Getting to all the falls on bike and not having to find parking was a great way to experience the beautiful falls.

amazing experience! Bikes are well maintained easy to use! equipment clean and newer. was able to get a basket for the back for my backpack! this made the waterfall stops super easy. typical lots are full and charge 20$ each. with bike its free. u can do as much or as little pedaling as you would like with the- bikes ..of planning to go to every waterfall do the full day. we did half and made it to 4 hiking up 2-3. awesome day.

Plan to take your own vehicle or rental. Public transportation doesn’t get to this site. This is a beautiful tour and a great way to see the falls and to hike some too! Caution for a novice biker as you are on switchback roads with cars and riding through gravel areas too. The staff was great!

This the best way to enjoy the scenic waterfalls on th 30. E-bikes were fun and easy to use. Brian was so helpful to get use oriented to the bike and navigation!
Sashidhar_C, May 2026
It was a beautiful experience. Mino is so sweet, very kind, helpful, Best person you’ll ever meet. We will surely come back, rent the e-bikes again.
Marci_V, May 2026
The waterfalls are beautiful.
The location of bike pick up is horrible.
There is no sign leading you to the location.
The worst part is the bike shed is up ona hill, so to ride your bike up and down a soft gravel steep very long driveway, to stay the least is unsafe, gives my rating a one star.
Horrible, we won’t be back.
Response from Host, May 2026
I’m so sorry you had a poor experience Marci, we just finished a new access path for bikes so this issue won’t happen to anyone else. We would love the opportunity to show you the beauty of Multnomah Falls and the Columbia River Gorge again sometime.

Best family experience we’ve ever had! Great views and a fun ride. Waterfalls and hikes were amazing!

We have used Viator in the past and paid more than other tours this time, expecting an excellent experience. We were very disappointed. The vendor used by Viator was out in the country, up a rocky, gravel road, where there was a barn-like structure and a trailer full of e-bikes. A young man was there, seemingly to help us, but he was of little help. He didn’t adjust the bikes for each rider or explain how to use the bikes. We had to ask for the combination for the bike locks, after we discovered that he hadn’t given the combinations to other riders, so they were unable to lock and leave their bikes. Some bikes had no fenders, so morning riders came back with muds splattered all up their backs. Our bikes had no lights, which we discovered as we were riding in traffic as dark clouds descended late in the day.
One member of our group fell before we even left the property, as it was very difficult to manage getting the bikes down the rocky road to start on our trip. There was no ice or first aid materials to help with her injuries. She was unable to go with us on our trip and had to wait in the car for us to get back. I imagine that other companies would offer a better and safer experience. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Great communication with Taylor. He made the pickup and drop off of the bikes very easy. We have EBike experience but he gave a very good overall if the bikes. The map and directions were very helpful to the falls.
Vicky_G, Oct 2025
We were first time e-bike riders and it was a great experience! The roads weren’t busy, cars were very responsive and the sights were lovely!
Tracy_J, Oct 2025
A beautiful area to ride. I loved the bike path going to the east with no cars. There was a lot of traffic going towards the falls, but for the most part cars were careful about bikers. I would’ve liked had a bike with a blinking tail light and headlight. I enjoyed the bike I had, but my friends had the step through RAD bikes and I rode one for a little bit (as I could see my friend was having to pedal furiously) and found it to be much more difficult to ride if you were not used to that style of bike. We looked at the weather and misjudged how cool it was on the south side of the river so we were not prepared clothing wise. Something to keep in mind even if the weather says it is sunny. It will not be sunny on old Highway 30 on the Oregon side of the river.

Enjoy all the falls world the headaches of finding parking. We rented 4, and our friends brought their own bikes. Easy travel under a wooded canopy or a winding road. Car traffic was reasonably behaved, though there were a couple of idiots. One bike brook down, lost a pedal of all things. But rescue and replacement was expeditious. Would do again!!

E-bikes take the work out of biking.
Friendly staff, helpful and patient.
Add more time if you want to explore around the falls.
Vicki_W, Sep 2025
First time on an E-Bike, very fun. Got a late start due to traffic, so only stopped at 4 of the 6 falls. The 4th one is worth the hike in to see it. There is no signage from the road, so a little difficult to find.
Rick_P, Sep 2025
This self guided tour was loads of fun. The 24 mile round trip allow us to see six amazing waterfalls in 3.5 hours. The ebikes were fun to ride and the drivers we shared the frontage road with were very courteous. The entire ride was in the shade. Be sure to dress warmly. Five stars!
Beth_P, Sep 2025
We had no issues finding the bike place, and the person who greeted us was really nice. She explained how to work the bikes, gave great suggestions for our tour, and then we were off! The bikes worked great, we had no issues with the road or the drivers - it does get a bit busy but we pulled over occasionally to let drivers pass. The waterfalls were awesome! We packed a light lunch, enjoyed the waterfalls and the biking!
Kelley_T, Sep 2025
Beautiful ride. There are cars that pass but there are many bikers so cars seemed to be mindful. Highly recommend 👌
Anne_C, Aug 2025
A ton of fun! We rode towards Cascade Locks on the bike/walking trail and it was peaceful and a ton of fun.
Heidi_B, Aug 2025
Bikes are easily to use and the route is well documented. The falls were beautiful and we really enjoyed the self paced nature of the experience.
Tip - we went I. The morning and most of the biking is in the shade so it was cold. We were happy we had worn jackets.
Kathy_G, Aug 2025
Liked the e-bike experience but felt rushed thru the falls. Skipped some of the hiking just to get the bikes back on time. Need to rent all day to not focus on the time and enjoy.
Christopher_B, Aug 2025
Great time exploring waterfalls. We did the half day tour and literally used every minute of it! Equipment was very good. Cars on the road would wait to pass but if you’re freaked out they are behind you just remember you have the right of way. So many different waterfalls to see - some from the road and some a short hike.
Lisa_N, Aug 2025
The idea of biking to the waterfalls was great unfortunately, the road you take is quite narrow and shared with cars and trucks which made it stressful. The location for the bikes was also challenging if you were relying on ride shares for transportation. We felt stranded with no service or app/driver willing to pick us up. The gal working was a huge help and drove us back to Multnomah Falls where there was a shuttle. Plan ahead for a driver!
Vicky_S, Aug 2025
The bikes were easy to use and had lots of power for the day. I enjoyed the roads we traveled on, they were not busy. I felt comfortable and safe. We had a wonderful e-biking day at the falls. Great way to get around!
