Overview
Experience flight without having to propel yourself out of a plane with this indoor skydiving experience. After checking in, you'll learn the basics of skydiving with an experienced instructor. You'll then enter an 800-horsepower vertical wind tunnel used to simulate the skydiving experience where your instructor will help you move up and down. You'll get to try out the tunnel twice before heading home with a personalized flight certificate—a memento of your day!

- Most travelers can participate
- If you have previous neck, back, heart, injuries or shoulder dislocations, are pregnant or wearing a hard cast - you will not be able to fly.
- In order to provide a safe experience for its customers and instructors, iFLY may not be able to accommodate flyers who weigh between 260-300 lbs and will not be able to accommodate flyers whose weight exceeds 300 lbs. Upon check in for flight reservations, additional evaluation by local staff will be required to determine if flyers between 260-300 lbs can be accommodated and whether additional restrictions may apply.
- Minimum age is 3 years
- Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver
- It is recommended that you wear well-fitting, lace-up sneakers or running shoes and comfortable clothes
- If you need to reschedule after your reservation is made please call the location directly. Modifications to reservation dates and times cannot be done any other way.
- For individuals who may have physical or cognitive challenges and would like to experience Indoor Skydiving, please contact the iFLY location at (971) 803-4359 to request a certified instructor to guide All Abilities flyers.

Q:How does the Portland Indoor Skydiving Experience work?
A:A vertical wind tunnel has fans at the top to draw air through the flight chamber and then push it back down the sides. The air is then compressed & sped up before it reenters the flight chamber causing a smooth column of air that enables you to fly.

If you have a problem with making your appointment time on a Saturday, and call Viator, they tell you to call the dive co. and did not recieve a call until I was back home in Ohio. Part a needs to get with part b.

This was an incredible experience. I was not prepared (although we were warned) for intense wind in my face! It took a few seconds for me to adjust my face to breath, and relax. Once acclimated, it was truly awesome! Our instructor was fantastic. My granddaughter loved it as well.
