America's Hub World Tours will email you a ticket with your 15-minute pick-up window. At the beginning of the 15-minute pick-up window you will be emailed, please stand at the hotel lobby doors and look for a Sprinter van. Your Tour Guide will arrive within the 15-minute pick-up window listed.

This tour was one of the best I've ever been on. The guide was so informative and friendly. I honestly thought seeing waterfalls would be boring but I changed my mind real fast on this tour. It was like seeing one of best wonders of the world. The guide got us so close to each waterfall. It was such a fun day

The tour never happened even though I was given a ticket for it. I waited at the pickup spot for 1 hr and tried to reach out the service provider several times without any response. Somehow I have not been reimbursed for the ticket as well …All in all, terrible experience!

There was definitely miscommunication when the client received a message from her booking source showing cancellation and communicating to us this had happened. Waterfalls A Plenty

What a beautiful experience we had touring the waterfalls in Columbia River Gorge! Gunner was so knowledgeable and shared many interesting facts. He gave our tour group plenty of time to explore and take photos. This tour added to my appreciation of Portland and the surrounding area. Thank you for a wonderful time.

John was our driver. He was on time. He was great at remembering names. John was hilarious and very entertaining throughout the entire trip. John was very knowledgeable throughout the entire trip when questions were asked. I would definitely request John if I did this trip again.
