Great tour!

This activity takes you through the old part of Philadelphia when the three branches of government were headquartered here for roughly ten years in the late 1700s. Our guide, Jerry, is a history teacher during the week and was extremely knowledgeable and answered all questions. Everything was as advertised. It is a walking tour so definitely be ready to walk.

Philadelphia - Eyes of Dushon

What an extraordinary way to see the whole downtown of Philadelphia and its historical sites thru the eyes of a local person who really knows his hometown--Philadelphia. Dushon was an excellent host and tour guide for our 2-hour tour of Philadelphia. SUPER JOB!!!!! I took so many photos that I put me in every spot so easily. My most favorite photo is the one of the Liberty Bell inside its building. Have already recommended this tour to friends who might head to Philadelphia sometime for a closeup view of the town.

Great Tour with Ted!

Had a great tour with Ted! Lots of really great information and history, but told with the adult in mind. Definitely not for those with a 'prudish disposition.' But if you enjoy some salty language and stories of the more adult (including some things creepy and eerie, but not scary), then you would enjoy this tour! Some walking but nothing too strenuous (the 'worst' part is a few cobblestone streets to cross), and Ted was very good about keeping the crowd together, keeping a good pace, and making sure everyone was comfortable getting back to the starting place of the tour once it was finished (or not, with some nice bar recs). Highly recommend!

Don't miss this one on your visit to Philly!

Exceeded our expectations. The exhibit demonstrated the impact of the Revolution on the colonies and the rest of the world, as well the impact on Native Americans and black people who worked for a good resolution for their cause. Bipartisan and realistic. Excellent layout of each topic.

Fun Philly foods

Kaitlin was a great tour guide who was passionate about food and knows the area well. The tour included 5 vendors, and despite being a local we were experiencing new places which were all enjoyable. Sprinkled into the mix of food was some walking and historic information about the area. Overall a great experience.

Do this tour!

Highly recommend going on a BYOB comedic tour of Philly! The tour guide was the best!! And after people on the street were cheering at us he said “Philly gets a bad reputation but we truly love our city and we want others to as well” and that’s the feeling he gave as well. And it’s just a fun tour! Would say beware of from being kids but even then it will still be fun. We had a great group!

My sister and I had an amazing time!!! Walter was our driver and got us through the tour safe and sound. No harsh stopping, no jumped curbs and gave ample time to look at everything. Sam was our tour guide and we absolutely loved her! Extremely knowledgeable, funny and down to earth. My sister and I will be back.
