Philly TV and Movie locations in Center City

    Michelle_A, Dec 2024
Great info about tv/movie locations, ending at the famous Rocky Steps. Our guide Alex was friendly and interesting.

    Info on each site....

    Excellent tour

    Linda_O, Aug 2024
This was a great tour with a knowledgeable tour guide, David. I was a lone traveller staying on the other side of the city and David offered for me to travel back on the bus with him. I opted for the walk. This tour is not for people who can't walk a good distance. There are so r stops on the way but it is gruelling, particularly in summer.

Great tour of movies and history

    Eric_H, Jul 2024
The tour was wonderful! It was a little bit of a hike but it hit quite a few places and and mixed with some history of Philly. Our tour guide (I have to apologize because I'm terrible with names) was very informative and thorough with his stories and descriptions. I would definitely recommend this tour if you are interested in movies and TV from Philadelphia. I've done these in a few cities and this was o e of the best.

    Amazing Tour

This was a great tour. Although the tour is about film and tv, we learned a lot about the overall history of Philly. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and professional. While we were walking down the street, she would inform us of anything historical or fun fact about the city. This is a must do tour.

    NOT WHAT WAS EXPECTED

    Annie_W, Apr 2024
We showed up at the site where we were suppose to meet, we were looking for a white flag as indicated. There was no white flag, we walked up to a lady with a book and identified ourselves. Unfortunately, this tour has a lot of walking between stopping to get information on a specific place where a movie was filmed, much more than we thought we would have to walk in between sites. The last stop was at the Rocky statue . It took a long time to get to that spot, by that time, you re already tired from all the walking i have to add that we never sat down anywhere and stood thru all of the explanations. By the time you get to the Rocky statue you re done..... A the end, you are being left there and you have to figure out a way to get back to where you came from......fortunately, we were able to get a cab quite easily...not always the case....

Our guide David was knowledgeable and friendly and made the experience fun and interactive.

One in our group is from Philadelphia and one from out of town and we both enjoyed it and learned lots about Philadelphia and the history of film and television.

    An Alternative Tourist Walk

    DebbieWalker, Nov 2023
Had a fabulous walk with David, it was a really good pace covering some hidden gem locations but literally ending on a high with the Rocky scene (you know the one). A good alternative stroll tour, highly recommended.
