We started our tour with a hike to watch the sunrise, and from there Giovana took us around to everything we wanted to see and then some! She was a great tour guide, giving us a lot of historical context while also pointing out some good local places to stop for food. We had a fantastic day with her and would strongly recommend this tour for a more private and personalized experience.

I highly recommend booking!! We had the best day, and Jacob made sure we did everything we wanted to! He had great recommendations for places to go and so much info about the islands. My only regret was not booking him as a travel agent to plan our entire trip!! 10000/10!

its like touring with an old friend you run into during your trip. we had Kai as our tour guide, he was knowledgeable on both the history and geography of the island and led us to beautiful but less crowded beaches and hikes. we also appreciate the flexibility of time and not rushed itinerary.

I should have paid more attention when the tour coordinator offered an upgrade if Canceled with viator and booked direct. A red flag that they were shady and unreliable. Our big day we had planned beginning with Sunrise at one of the beaches on the Eastern Shore never got further than the valet parking area of our hotel because of a no show.
Don't waste time with these guys.

You guys requested a private top and doors off jeep tour when you booked our cheapest option. Expectations are a funny thing. You didn’t book our jeep excursion yet you expected our most expensive option.
I said we could give you the jeep if you wanted to book directly with us instead.
Like I responded to your other 1 star review, the guide has since been fired because of that mistake. You also didn’t accept the free rescheduled tour along with a 100% refund.
Also not sure how you guys were able to leave two reviews from one single booking but if hurting our family business means that much to you, so be it.

Jacob was such a great guide, it was like spending the day with a friend. Excellent communication before our tour day too. We started with a basic idea of what we wanted to do for the day (and what we didn't want to do), and we were able to make decisions on what to do next as the day went on with Jacob - it was perfect! I had booked this excursion for some clients of mine and they had a pretty terrible experience. When they first showed up to pick us up they were already late and showed up in a vehicle that was not appropriate for a tour. The kid was very kind, but had no idea what was going on. This excursion was supposed to be completely paid for and they ended up having to pay to get in every place we went to. The kid/tour guide didn't really guide through anything but talked about his personal life instead of the island. My clients had to wait for a new vehicle to pick them up for about an hour. The tour guide could not get ahold of anyone to help. Final breaking point when they decided to end the tour was when the tour guide got into the temple for free and we had to yet again pay our way in. I was offered no compensation and no one ever reached out about our bad experience.

We are very disappointed in your experience with our company and truly aim to learn from the mistakes and move forward. Initially we thought your group would enjoy the 2023 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 as it has amazing off-road adventure possibilities that are the experiences we like to have available to our guests, should anyone be open to it.
We didn’t take into account the unforeseen issues based off your group of 3’s personal space requirements.
We urgently, booked, paid for and rented a larger vehicle for your group and we apologize that took about an hour to get everything settled while they continued their adventures.
As for activity payments, as stated in our information, the entry to Waimea falls, and the $5 for byodo in temple were not included in the tour price. But I’ve now changed them so future guests can have a better more simplified/streamlined experience.
So thank you for helping with your feedback.
Moving forward, with our goal of showing our beautiful home to guests of all varieties, we will learn to better structure our questions for fitness level, ability and personal space requirements to better suit our guests.
I would also like to apologize for the lack of information you were shared about the island. Saaga is one of our highest rated guides, coming from the island of Samoa where they often value personal connection and friendship over fact driven and statistical information experiences. But I promise you, had the guests asked questions to him, he’s a plethora of information. But moving forward, I will urge him to give more facts along with sharing his Aloha spirit.
We messaged the clients, after the tour to no response, we would have given a refund had anyone communicated these downfalls with us instead of having the travel agent leave this review.
As a company we would like to apologize to you guys as we could have done much better and will promise to do so in the future as we continue to learn and grow.
We are grateful for every blessed experience we get with new families and friends and will continue to do our best to provide a private, adventurous and beautiful experience.

We truly enjoyed this private tour with Aiden - we were able to customize this tour to see different sites on Oahu that are not part of other tours. We were able see the Halona Blowhole as well as hike the Makapu'u Point Lighthouse Trail, Hoomaluhia Botanical Gardens, Kahuku Beach. Aiden provide great information around each of our stops as well as suggesting a great local restaurant for our lunch.

Snorkeling was great and just traveling with Jacob learning about the island and his experiences. Jacob took the time to show us local spots that we would have missed. Great stops and food. We hiked, snorkeled and jumped in to water.

Had a nice time touring Honolulu with our guide Luca. We did a sunrise tour but didn’t know we had to climb a mountain about 1 mile. That was a little harder then expected at 5am but worth the view.
Overall a great 1/2 day tour.

Great tour for families. Jacob was great accommodating all things we wanted to do and managing the time. He was very flexible and great with kids. I definitely recommend him if you want to get to know the real Oahu and stay away from the tourist traps.

Jacob and Bianca were amazing! We ended up booking them an extra day to do my fiancé's and I's engagement pictures! They were so fun to be around and knew the greatest areas! Went waterfall hiking, sunrise hiking, ate great food, got to take a ride in the jeep with no top or doors which was really cool, and got to see some cool beaches. I don't regret spending the money for this trip at all! I'd give them 100 stars if I could haha

We had a great tour guide named Luca he showed up on time and picked us up at hotel entrance even though it wasn’t on the list of hotels they picked up at but it was close. He took us off the beaten path to some places where even though there was a hike it was worth it. The views were amazing. Tour is customizable so just look online for ideas. I would have done the full day tour but we had to be at the airport by 4.

The driver was very young and inexperienced he recently just moved there his camera was broke and we did not get any of the photos he took of me and my husband this was a trip to remember with no photos he rushed the tour to get to his surf session not worth the money or the time car smelled of weed and was not clean made several personal stops was only on tour for 2 hours and I’m sure he got paid the full 8 because the owner is his buddy smh

None. My guide was new to Hawaii and knew very little about Hawaii it was odd.
He was a nice young person but not a guide, we did customized but he didn’t want to do what we asked it was rushed and he was just doing a favor and it felt like it.
