The driver and staff were a lot of fun and it was nice that we were dropped off to see the lights up close. The activities before the trip were great and would definitely sign up again in the future. I suggest folks get there 30-45min before the scheduled tour to have time to enjoy the games and get a nice seat.

This was truly a wonderful way to spend a magical evening with family and friends of all ages as you travel through Waikiki streets viewing festive and beautiful Christmas lights along the way. The double decker trolley was adorned in bright, glowing holiday lights. The icing on the cake was our talented driver who led the merrymakers in singing Christmas carols, traditional and new!

The people hosting were great , very friendly & helpful & ride was cool with Christmas songs and all, but it just wasn’t what was advertised or we expected for the $80 we paid .

Drive too fast did not pause at lights.
Downstairs speaker was tooooooo loud to the point couldnt even make out what he was sating speakers couldnt handle the volume

I got Covid and I think it’s from the trolley ride I’ve been trying to search how to get in contact with them, but there’s no contact section.
It was okay the Honolulu city lights this year wasn’t that impressive but I had a great time with my friends.
They drop you off and last time for pickup is 9:30pm from the Honolulu city lights

The tour was really disappointing. We booked a trolly and it ended up being a double decker bus we were stuck riding on the bottom because it was very full. The lights we went to see were all OFF! Yes that is correct the tour destination was broken! They told us to get off and that they would pick us up an hour later and we we just stayed on the bus. The line to get on the bus was very long with kids super crabby and sleeping in parents arms. It was also it was raining.

It was a fun evening and to be in Waikiki during the holidays! There were six of us in our group here to do the marathon and this was a great diversion!

Thought this would be a 1-hour tour around the Island to see holiday decorations (homes, etc.). We spent ~35 minutes driving in circles around a small area of commercial buildings, then the driver dropped us off (near the Palace?) and said he would be back in an hour to pick us up -- we would walk around the decorations that were there. To be clear: the driver was VERY nice -- I don't blame him -- the tour was just not what was expected. We (and another family) took the bus back with him immediately to the pick-up spot. I've already requested a refund from Viator.

This was a fun trip to look at the lights around Honolulu and get in the Xmas mood. You can hop off and walk about and look at the lights and market place- we didn't as we were pressed for time. Commentators good, fun Xmas music, double decker trolley bus. All good.
