Your day begins with an early-morning pickup from your Honolulu hotel.
Make your first stop at the Halona Blowhole to watch it spout ocean spray high into the air.
Next, visit Nu'uanu Pali for one of Oahu’s most spectacular views of the Koolau Mountains and the windward coast. Learn about the role this spot played in Hawaiian history.
Byodo-In Temple is your next destination. There’s time to wander around the temple, see the koi fish-filled ponds, and ring the *bon-sho* (sacred bell) for happiness and longevity.
Tropical Farms Macadamia Nut Farm is next. Here you can sample coffee and macadamia nuts before heading to the North Shore.
You have time in the North Shore town of Haleiwa to grab lunch and do some shopping.
Your final stop is the Dole Plantation to tour the varieties of pineapples, shop, and try its famed Dole soft serve.
Your tour ends with a drop-off at your hotel.

If you choose a half-day itinerary, you will only have time to visit one attraction and make two shopping stops. Most places will just be passed through. So please don't sleep in the car! Focus on enjoying the scenery. On the day I participated, the weather was great. The sky, the grassland, everything was perfect. I really enjoyed it.

Preferably on you first full day of your planned vacation. It’s gives you great opportunity to see what peeks your interest for your stay on the island. LOLO was the BEST TOUR GUIDES EVER! She is very educated and knowledgeable about everything on the island. She deserves a raise!

I meant to book a bus ride around Oahu with a bunch of stops and didn’t realize I booked only a trip to the Dole plantation and one other town. I feel the title of the listing was misleading. I didn’t realize there were actually 2 very different tours grouped into one listing. I expected some history or fun facts as we rode the bus, but there was no real content shared about the area or culture. So for the 2 of us, we paid $200 for the most expensive bus ride ever. I don’t think we received anything for that fee since lunch and anything to do at the 2 stops was extra. I lost a little sleep over this one…big regret.

Our guide was Tony; he was personable, funny and very knowledgeable about island of Oahu. This tour allowed us to see all sides of the island and determine which areas would be best for us to explore on our own. A wonderful and informative tour.

This tour was a lovely scenic tour led by Chris to the Dole Pineapple Plantation and the town of Haleiwa. We deboarded the bus in these 2 places only but enjoyed the scenery and Chris’s narrative of the surroundings, historic events , places, and geography, on our way both to and from our pickup point .
Chris was punctual, attentive to our needs and very knowledgeable and interesting.
It was a wonderful 1/2 day excursion of 6 hours, at a very good price in a luxurious tour bus . You’ll enjoy it!

This was a great day trip that took us to many of the great sights of Oahu that we wouldn’t have otherwise been able to visit on our trip to Waikiki.
Our driver for the day was Lola who was a fantastic guide to the different areas of the island and provided great hints and tips at each location where you stopped.
You also get about 90 minutes in Haleiwa for lunch and there are plenty of food options and we would highly recommend Jax Wood Fired Pizza as it was great food and great service.
If like us it is your first visit to Oahu then this trip was an excellent experience to learn about the island, its culture and see lots of beautiful scenery as you drive around the loop of the island.

Very good overview of the island, the history and variety of stops. Driver (Marlon) was very knowledgeable and helpful to have a local. Very pleasant and helpful. May want to remind him that he does not need to talk the entire time as the silent / musical breaks were welcomed over the course of 9 hours! Definitely would recommend.

It was a great overview of Oahu. You get to see interesting spots and take great photos. Lola was great giving details into Hawaiian culture and good tips. Best photos were at the temple and the food trucks had great food recommend the garlic shrimp.

I had an amazing experience and I highly recommend this excursion. Marlon was the driver and he did a phenomenal job on educating us about the island. Our tour guide, Lola, knew absolutely everything you need to know about the Island. She taught us all about the culture, history, and current pop culture even - she was FANTASTIC! The places we stopped were PERFECT as each site gave us a different 'view' of Island living. I honestly can't imagine going to Hawaii and NOT taking this particular tour - especially with Lola as a tour guide. She was so friendly and knowledgeable - the 9 hours just flew by.

My wife and I felt we spent more time on the bus than we did at the stopover points. The tour guide Tony was very knowledgeable and friendly. The lunch break could have been better organized.
