Brant was an AMAZING e-bike tour guide! He was attentive and fun, knew his way around the ranch. It was such a fun tour and you get a lot more stops and intimate tour of the beautiful ranch. The staff were very friendly. Highly recommend!

Bikes are NOT as shown in the picture or desc. They are peddle assist which means the rider can’t coast but will need to peddle. Upon arrival, we determined the description was not accurate and we wouldn’t be able to peddle the entire course. Viator would not refund our money. Buyer beware.

Awesome tour that encompasses a bit a Pearl Harbor history with a lot of cinema fun. The highlight of the tour was definitely our guide, Jessica. She turned this tour into one of the best we’ve been on!

We had neglected to read that we were to be at the check-in 45 min prior to tour time and realized it would take us nearly an hour to travel from Waikiki. Called Kualoa Ranch and they could not have been nicer in getting us rescheduled. It had been raining for a couple of days so it was muddy. We had a blast, but came out quite dirty from head to toe. Of course this was the day I decided not to pack the towels and wore white. Caitlin was a fantastic guide, extremely knowledgeable about the ranch and Hawaii and offered an extensive list of restaurants, beaches etc that are local faves. The ranch itself is pure magic. Just beautiful. Highly recommend- just pack towels and don’t wear white 😉

The ranch is absolutely beautiful. The novice level mountain bike experience was more or less tourist history and Hollywood tour VS an actual mountain bike experience.
You should change mountain bike tour to an e-bike tour since you are riding on gravel and paved roads. You also could have saved a ton of money on purchasing e-bikes at 2k$ vs electric mountain bikes at 10k$.
I would be nice to be able to purchase a private mountain bike tour instead of being with a large group. Think it would be rad if you offered 2 separate tours, a historical Hollywood tour and also offer more of a mountain bike tour through trails and such through the ranch .
Overall I would have loved if it was more private and less touristy. People should have the option to pay to get away from people.

It was so much fun our guide was great and we got to stop at the sites and explore which you don’t get to do on the atv or bus tours there. Would completely do this again E-biked made this easy and we only had 4 in our group which allowed more freedom

We had a wonderful time on the novice e-bike tour. We really wanted to try out e-bikes for the first time and loved it. Our guide was very informative about how to use the e-bikes and was super patient with all of the people in our group. The scenery was beautiful and it was fun to see all of the different areas that movies were shot in. I would definitely recommend this tour.

The guide and trails were a lot of fun! The bikes were great with the exception of the seats. The seats were pretty hard on our butts. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Travis was a most excellent guide and the bikes made the trip as strenuous you wanted. Beautiful views and great insights to the history of the ranch. One suggestion, the seats on the bikes are typical mountain bike seats, as in no padding, if you have them I suggest padded biking shorts for the ride.

Great views at the right pace with a patient and helpful guide. The route is just hard enough for more experienced riders, but super manageable for beginners by using the assisted pedaling. Great adventure!

We had the best time! Our guide Daryl was so much fun! With everything so limited because of COVID, we were really looking forward to an adventure! This did not disappoint! Beautiful ride through the valley! A wonderful way to spend our Christmas Eve! Would do it again in a minute!

とても楽しかったです！電動バイクは、自転車に乗れる人なら誰でも乗れます。バスの10倍楽しいと思います。とてもオススメです！ガイドは全部英語ですが、何となくわかるし、大自然の中を自転車で爆走するのはとても気持ちよかったです。自転車をこぎながら携帯撮影は出来ないので、写したいなら、服につけるカメラか、GoProをヘルメットにつけるのがいいと思います。
