Itinerary

Make your own way to the Kuhio Beach Banyan Tree at Waikiki Beach to meet your guide in the morning.

Your guide gets you equipped with your bike and helmet, then leads you past Waikiki beach, Honolulu Zoo, the Ala Wai Canals, the promenade, Honolulu Convention Center, Magic Island, Point Panic, and Kaka’ako Park. Check out the street art of the Kaka’ako district, and ride the elevator up Aloha Tower for sweeping views of Honolulu.

Continue your ride through Chinatown and downtown, stopping to sample some of Hawaii’s exotic fruits. Pedal around the historic State Capitol, Royal Iolani Palace, King Kamehameha Statue, Kawaiaha’o church, Mission House Museum, and the site of Elvis Presley’s famous 1973 'Aloha From Hawaii' concert.

The terrain is mostly flat, and you'll stop regularly for photo ops and rest stops. Check out beaches, parks, Hawaiian canoe clubs, and shops along the way, and learn where you can find great eats, beaches, and other local favorites.

This was a great tour my husband and I are bicyclist adventurers and enjoy doing bicycle rides on our vacations. So coming to Hawaii we knew we wanted to get in a ride. This was great because we got to ride and learn lots of things about the area. Kelly takes you at a nice pace where it is not boring but also not so fast that you are working too hard. He shares fun little insights on the area and sites. We got to visit the China town market and enjoy some fresh fruit. Kelly is great to take pictures that he shares with you to document the sites and the ride. I highly suggest this tour for any and all who can ride a bike.

Awesome bike tour

Had an amazing 14 mile bike tour of Honolulu. Guide was very informative and was surprised that he took countless pics of myself and various locations around town. Was very helpful since I was traveling solo and didn't have anyone to take pics of me. Would strongly recommend!!!

The wide variety of murals that Kelly pointed out where really cool. Down to earth guy with a lot of local knowledge. Would recommend

An adventure in itself, one of the high points to our Oahu visit

Loved seeing a different parts of Honolulu. The speaker system was great for this type of tour, everyone could hear the guides narrative as we pedaled along. Video collage was great too

Not as Expected

Linda_H, Jul 2019
Tour was not as expected. The tour group was way too large, with a biking group of eleven. This size group made it hard to enjoy an island bike ride. Also, the bikes were not in good working order....the bike chain kept falling off the bike and kept needing to be repaired. I would recommend an island bike ride, but maybe on another tour.

Best bike tour ever!

This was my favorite activity we did in Honolulu! This was so much fun and the tour Guide Kelly emails you all the picture from the day so you don't have to stumble with your camera while on your bike. It was excellent! Highly recommended.

First morning in Honolulu we scheduled this tour. Our tour guide Kelly took us on a four hour adventure to parts of the local venues we would not have otherwise seen or found on our own. Treat yourself and take a bike ride around Honolulu with Kelly.

Fun! Local guide with good knowledge. Highly recommend seeing Honolulu by bike. Interesting locations in non-touristy places. Easy ride even for beginners. Avoids parking hassles too!

This was the perfect way to see Honolulu and learn so much about the history. Kelly was a great guide who went out of his way to take photographs of us, send a movie of our experience, treat us to local food and just show us the best highlights. A wonderful experience from a guide who was enthusiastic, funny and knowledgeable. One of our favourite highlights of visiting Oahu was this trip.

We really enjoyed our tour with Kelly. He is a wonderful friendly guy and made us feel very welcome. We saw so much more by riding around Honolulu on the bicycles. We could not have achieved this by ourselves. Good value for the money. Barry and Glynis

Brian M, Oct 2016
We fortuitously found Kelly's tour via a Lonely Planet link to Viator. We were picked up in front of our hotel on time and transported to the meeting place in Waikiki Beach. Kelly was ready for us with well maintained bikes complete with water, Gatorade, and a few snacks. Kelly was most knowledgeable and very enthusiastic and kept us informed of both the history and contemporary issues of the sites we saw around Honolulu. He led a great tour which turned out to be our own private one and was patient and kind all along the way. He took a lot of great photos of us and the tour was both safe and interesting the entire time. He had great recommendations of things to do after our tour and places to eat and shop. While we had a few drizzles toward the end of the tour, they did not dampen our experience. I don't think Kelly could lead a bad tour! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED YOU TOUR WITH KELLY.
