A quick tour but Great experience to say you did. Very communicative and easy to work with. They did a great job making us feel comfortable and took lots of great pictures that we will cherish as memories forever.

Ralf was great he was knowledgeable. We didn’t really want to hear the history or the touristy information we just wanted to ride and take the experience in. I’m happy I chose the short ride because the longer version would have been too much for me. I would book again. Specifically the longer version in the summertime.

It was very hard indeed to find the booked Horse Carriage. There was no contact telephone nummer. Tried to chat, but got no response. With extensive assistance from kind persons from other horse carriage firms we succeed after hard work to find someone from the right firm. He aggreed to drive us. The trip did not as announced last 25 minutes, but only 13 minutes.
It was definitely not a good experience and not worth the money.

Kevin was a very personable and informative driver. Very courteous and positive. He was excellent in his carriage and customer handling. There was no wait and he explained to us the benefits of purchasing a longer ride.

Our tour guide, Honor, was very communicative,nice, and knowledgeable during our tour. He wasn’t in a rush and wanted to make sure we had a memorable experience. He even took time to point out landmarks and stop to take photos for us.

We had a bit of difficulty identifying our driver as no name was given with our confirmation and there were a dozen different drivers there. A sign or the name of the driver would have been helpful. However, the driver was fantastic, and once we were on our way, we had a lovely experience.

Our guide got in a fight cussing a biker out and ran to fight him in the middle of our tour, leaving us on carriage. We were fine, but that’s not a good customer experience. I just don’t feel right giving this a good review. The rest of the tour was fine, and we did enjoy seeing Central Park.

The driver was a good guy and took quite a few photo's of us in the carriage. The short loop was enough to get a feel of the park. The driver did explain a lot of the sights and worked hard for his tip. The long loop would be worth doing however we wanted to walk parts of the park. Would happily recommend to others

Our daughter, son-in-law and 6 year old granddaughter visited from Kauai, Hawaii. We took a trip into NYC for the holidays. We had 8 people (6 years old to 61 years old) in our group so we took 2 carriages one behind the other. From the tour guide’s narration to the snuggly red blankets on our laps to the chilly December air to the NYC skyline lit up....It was the most magical part of our entire day!

I wish I could have been able to afford a longer ride. Gazme was the best! Most courteous and made us feel so comfortable since this was a first for both my daughter and I. Thank you for the experience. Definitely will be taking another ride in the very near future!
