this was a nice experience.. the driver was very informative.. the best part was we got lost in Big New York trying to find where to meet him.. and he actually came to look for us.. great customers service
When we arrived, they told us that the ride was canceled due to heat. It took us two hours to find parking but we left when we were told there would be no ride. Then they called us when we were leaving NYC, and told us to come back. I paid for two carriages and we were crammed into one. I should be getting a refund of the $280
Giniy was an excellent host. While on the horse and carriage ride Giniy showed us so much and the views at night time was beautiful. Giniy also made sure we was warm by providing us blankets!
Driving didn’t show us anything. We had to figure out each location on our own. Not worth almost $200 for 55 minutes.
This was a great way to see a lot of the city in a private setting. We had a great time and really enjoyed the info on the points of interest. Must do!
The driver was on time and had knowledge of everything we ask of ... the overall was a great experience
The tour was great, we were with July the horse and Alex. Though we were cold it was very romantic and informative.
This was a Christmas gift for my son and his wife. Her sister and boyfriend went as well. They could not say enough about how much they loved the ride through the city. The light show was incredible. Again thank you. Karen Ketelsen
