Enjoy the butterfly experience the overall information you gain about the species.The water life and the animal life here in new orleans was awesome.The bug and insect area was very interesting.As well loved it

Nice for the kids to see. Interesting fish in there. The butterfly experience was pretty cool they would land on you flying freely in the insect section.

That was our first time going, and the kids really enjoyed it the food and water, was every expensive but I seen people bring a little coolers with their own waters and snacks in them

Not as expansive as I'd hoped, but very clean. Love the sea turtle, the rays and penguins. No clownfish

Fine example of a modern aquarium. We visited midweek and it was not to crowded.
It was a March cold spell, so it was nice to get inside out of the cold.

Kids, more kids and hard to see anything when it’s busy. I’ve been to better aquarium in Chicago honestly.

Quality exhibits, but if you’ve been to other aquariums (chicago, atlanta etc) you will be disappointed. Took us 1 hour to walk thru.

Aquarium is in a good location. Wish I had time for zoo too. Butterfly room is great and good selection of fish in aquarium

Very nice and well maintained exhibits. Friendly and welcoming staff. It wasn’t extremely crowded so we really got to take our time and enjoy! Sting ray were petty tho…lol

We have been to several different aquariums and we were not overly impressed. It was an ok place to visit but for the amount of admission charged I would have expected more.

Beautiful aquarium arch, great for photography and cool insect exhibits. I particularly liked the butterfly garden and the arch. You could even trying eating bugs if you dare. Nice fun facts too. It’s been a while since I’ve to an aquarium, so this felt like a treat.

Had an issue getting my ticket, but Viator customer support helped me to solve the issue. It was such a fun experience - lots of great exhibits from both the aquarium and the insectarium. Highly recommend!

A beautiful and informative aquarium but difficult for those with mobility issues. Electric scooters such as those at the New Orleans Zoo are not available for rental at the Audubon Aquarium/Insectarium, only manual wheelchairs. I am 71 with arthritic shoulders and limited endurance. There are areas with natural stone flooring which is difficult to roll across and the Amazon immersion exhibition was impossible for me. I was too tired for the Insectarium but staff took me up to the Butterfly Garden which I appreciated. I met another amputee who had her own electric scooter so she was able to visit all areas.

The aquarium and insectarium were wonderful. There was lots to see and do. Our kids experienced eating bugs and being amazed in the butterfly garden. We would recommend visiting while in New Orleans.

My family thoroughly enjoyed the Audubon Aquarium, Insectarium & Zoo. We wish we had more time in the zoo. This excursion was so much fun and very interesting. Seeing all of the fish, bugs & animals was awesome! We would definitely do this again!
