The Audubon Zoo and Aquarium in New Orleans DOES NOT ACCEPT THESE TICKETS PURCHASED FROM THIS VENDER! I bought these tickets to spend a day with the family at the Zoo and Aquarium, little did I know, once we made it to the entrance to the zoo, the scanners can’t scan the Viator tickets. Yep $240. Dollars worth of tickets.. no good. I reached out to customer service Saturday and still haven’t heard anything yet. So maybe this place sells valid tickets somewhere.. but I know not in New Orleans. Wish you all the best, I hope it works for you.

All 3 places were awesome! As a teacher I would highly recommend taking kids to them. It had hands-on activities as well as expert chats with the folks that take care of the animals.

It is so well organized, clean and employees are smiling all the time, the animals are so beautiful… definetetly a place to come back. I almost forgot to mention… Butterfly garden is spectacular!! Great job!!!

Great experience, easy walk from anywhere in the New Orleans downtown districts. However, I purchased the combo plus zoo and wasn’t aware the zoo was in a separate place. We didn’t go to the zoo. Be aware of what you purchase. Do recommend.
