Parking is a mess, honestly that was the worst part. The ehhibits were awesome. Staff was awesome. By far my favorite zoo so far. The only zoo I've been to so far that my kids didn't get bored, they only got hungry. Plenty of food and plenty of family fun.

Great zoo trip even though it rained. Animals were really out and about. Zoo had great access to animals and all were easy to see. Not very crowded.

We were not able to visit the zoo because my pass couldn’t load. We paid for the activity but did not get to use it.

Wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the zoo. We have had some very busy days recently where overflow parking was necessary. Thank you for your patience with it.

The best option to avoid a long line is to buy a ticket online. It is helpful to rent a stroller, since the park is so spacious. The Zoo cafe stopped taking orders around 1 pm, so that was a negative because we were not able to eat lunch. The gumbo trail restaurant also stopped taking orders, so we left the park to eat. We packed small snacks, but planned to eat there. It would have been great if the train was available, but it was not.

Great variety of animals....

Great variety of animals. Just be aware that some of them tend to disappear from view when nearing the park’s closing time

Half day zoo

Good half day zoo if you go to all of the talks. Zoo on the smaller side. I went again only because of the Taylor Swift decorations reported in the press which was a nice touch.

Animals and dinosaurs

To see the animals both live and extinct the dinosaur display brilliant I enjoyed the layout of the zoo well signposted and very clean
