Most of the things that are listed, were free. To get your moneys worth you have to really look at the places that you need reservations for and then you have to figure out the times. It takes a lot of planning to get your moneys worth out of it. You also have to call different places to make reservations. I had to do a lot of juggling on our vacation to make it work and get my moneys worth

Getting the passes to work was a major headache requiring several calls to Viator and go city. The bar code sent in the email didn’t work. We had reservation and booking numbers which also didn’t work. It took several calls to get our actual pass numbers. Several of the attractions wanted a QR code that we never received, but if they manually typed in our pass numbers, which were very difficult to actually get, they let us in. We were able to see everything we wanted to, but it wasn’t worth the headache when we could have paid for each attraction individually. I would not recommend getting this pass unless you enjoy the frustration of many difficult phone calls. It took a lot of patience to get the results we were looking for.

They don't call New Orleans the "Big Easy!" for nothing. We have been going for the past 11 years and always find new things to discover, great food and plenty of r&r. Definitely recommend taking some of the tours.

Bought this last-minute. Was a little disappointed to find nearly all reservations had to be made by phone and not online but was able to get on a ghost tour, boat tour, and went to lunch. We had fun at each place and found a lot of value on it. If you can plan ahead a little more you could probably get a ton of value out of it.

GoCity had many options to choose from and the price was reasonable for what we did. Instructions were fairly clear but requires a bit of pre planning. I had difficulty obtaining the correct confirmation number that the venues needed and required many phone calls to clear up the issue.

There was no instructions how to book anything here or even a website, or phone number to book things. It would have been helpful to have one list of all the things that the city pass includes with links. We even called Viator who we booked the pass through asking if they knew how we would book some of the tours and they couldn’t help. In the end we only got to do one thing which was the WWII museum and that’s just because we could walk in without booking in advance. Viator was even supposed to call us back and they never did. It ended up wasting our time and money. This could be reported as a scam, they took our money but had nothing to offer.

I really really enjoyed the cooking demonstration and swamp tour. The guide for the swamp tour was amazing and the instructor for the cooking class was very knowledgeable and fun. She made the class very interesting and the food was good. she had alternative recipes for us people who don't eat meat.
Be sure to plan your events accordingly especially with a one day pass. Reserve ahead of time. We were only able to squeeze two events in, in one day, but it was still worth it.

This was a total ripoff! They inactivated the pass after the first use. I placed five calls but they refused to rectify the problem. My $59 one day pass end up costing me $125 because I had to pay separately for the attractions. And by the way, five of the events on the list were either closed or didn’t operate on the day we were there. BEWARE and do your research before falling for this scam.

I bought a 3 day pass for Monday-Wednesday. Almost all museums are closed Mondays. Transportation not included to any plantation or swamp tour. The city tour was excellent. Riverboat cruise was okay.

For a trouble free entry into popular sights, get a New Orleans Power Pass. Show your pass at the ticket counter, have it scanned and you are in. Fantastic way to sightsee for a reasonable price. Can't say enough good about our experience.

We love coming to New Orleans. It's a nine hour drive so we usually will stay 3 or 4 days. The pass allows us the best options to our favorite things . The creole Queen is great. The city bus tour. Zoo. Aquarium. The favorite if mine has to be the cooking school this is our 3 time and it doesn't disappoint. The OAk Plantation is wonderful I live the trees.

We bought the 3 day pass and did something each day. Some days we did two things. We were able to take advantage of the fast pass entry at the aquarium and the zoo. Had a wonderful time.
