Bad/non existent meetup directions caused me to miss the tour! I want my money back!

I missed the tour because the meet up directions were so vague, they told me to meet at the visitor center 30 minutes early and I arrived 1 hour early and NOBODY was there to meet me! To make things worse the name of the compamy was not given to me (as there are multiple companies that do tours there) and the contact info given to me was just a useless middle man who had no idea what was going on and who gave. me further numbers to call, some of which didnt answer and others led me on a wild goose chase! I decided to pay the $8, go into the parl !and drive the loop myself simce the last directions I got told me to pay money amd go into the park! Aftet that I got a text with vague directioms to meet at a tent that wasnt there but that was aftet the fact! The communicatiom was horrible! Perhaps have a MORE PERCISE MEETING LOCATION WITH MORE DETAILED MEETING INSTRUCTIONS and a contact person with more direct knowledge of the tour!

Good tour. Beautiful but very bumpy roadway. Guide was difficult to understand and very short stops at each viewpoint. I suggest you bring Dramamine.

Loop ride was fantastic and very informative, amazing pictures too !! My only issue is I paid for the loop ride which was supposed to include the park entrance fee, it didn’t. So I paid twice and was promised a refund that I didn’t receive. Other than that a great experience
