We missed the tour. Directions as to where to meet were not correct! When we texted after we missed we were told no one ever couldn’t find the place. Described meeting at the visitor center in a turquoise or blue hut that was no where near where we were. Then stated that the people we asked for help were not truthful and only wanted to sell us a trip with them. Worst ever!

Hello Anne, We sent you the meeting point, which is Monument Valley visitor center at the time of booking. We got notified from tour operator that you didn't answer their phone calls several times and when you finally answered, you told them that you booked Jeep tour from other companies and hung up on them. We receieved screend shots of called time that tour guide tried to attempted as evidence. I'm very afraid that meeting point was not correct, which is not true and it seems like you went to wrong place. There are only one Monument Valley Visitor Center in that area...
