What a lovely and interesting walking food tour of south beach Miami. We had such a lovely time. Helena was delightful and so knowledgeable. Definitely recommend . The food was so so good , we had churros at Estefan cafe which were so tasty and tortillas at dream hotel as well as empenada. Also a shot. Missed the Miami vice cocktail somehow but it didn’t matter. Great 2.5 hours.

Wish we’d done this tour on our first morning. Learnt all about the food and which hotels have roof pools you access if you buy a drink. Good mix of history and current culture. Food was fab - and Danni knew everyone!

Amazing food and an amazing guide

Kerigan_B, Jul 2026
It was a lovely experience. Our tour guide Danny was incredibly accommodating, lively and knowledgeable. He made the experience unforgettable. the food was fresh and delicious and we got to taste a bit of all of the cultures that make Miami what it is. It was definitely the best tour I paid for in Miami and I would 100% do it again (and ask for Danny, because he was the highlight!)

South Beach Overview

Eric_P, May 2026
This tour far exceeded what we had expected for the day. We met our guide and started the tour with an explanation of how South Beach actually came into existence. Every stop brought with it new and unique food samplings along with continued historical information on how it all came into existence. A very fun way to spend part of your day in South beach!

Food and culture - fab

South Beach Culinary Food Tour

Darla_S, Feb 2026
A truly memorable South Beach culinary experience. From the crisp, delicate cannoli at Rosetta to the bold, satisfying flavors of the Naked Taco and chicken taco, every stop felt thoughtfully chosen. The pineapple smash shot added a playful, refreshing note that kept the afternoon light and fun, while Havana 1957 delivered classic Cuban flavors with warmth and authenticity. What elevated the tour most was the guide. Knowledgeable, engaging, and impeccably paced, they brought the stories, culture, and cuisine of South Beach together in a way that felt both polished and personal. An exceptional experience that blended taste, place, and hospitality beautifully.

Good value

Vicki_S, Feb 2025
The tour was very good. I think they could have done one additional stop. There was a lot of walking and history given. Wear comfy shoes.

Very enjoyable

Julie_M, Jan 2025
Anna was our tour guide, enjoyed her enthusiasm and knowledge of the miami culture and foods. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed our guide!

Elinore_J, Jan 2025
This was fun tour with an excellent guide! Sol was a wealth of information of the history and area of South Beach. My only comment would be the food was , for the most part - underwhelming. Starting off with a shared plate of nachos, served with guacamole, hummus and corn salad. No beverages offered except water. Coffee bar was next where 8 people shared 3 coffees and 1/4 of a Cuban sandwich (it was delicious). Next stop was a food building with a plantain type Patti and very good cerviche…no beverages offered (we would have been happy to be able to buy a beer!) Also, cerviche was an unusual dish to pick, I think. Last stop was ice cream - which was very good and local. All in all, we enjoyed our afternoon, but pricey enough.

Good way to learn about the Art Deco district

Lisa_P, Jan 2025
Nice walking tour. But one of the food vendors was closed so we did not get the full experience. Disappointing.

I recommend

Marit_T, Jan 2025
A very good overview for beginners in Miami as we are with my husband. Got to know interesting facts and visited places which we probably never would have found ourselves! The group was also nice, small and friendly.

Come hungry!

Marie_V, Jan 2025
Anna gave a very entertaining tour with lots of interesting information and great food. She also gave us plenty of tips on where to dine during the rest of our trip. We felt like we really got to know the South Beach area.

South Beach Food Tour and History Tour.

Dale_M, Jan 2025
Sol was our host. She was a joy to work with. She was vey knowledgeable about the Miami food scene. In addition, she had wonderful stories about the history of the Lincoln Avenue pedestrian mall. The food stops were ones the average traveler would not think to go to but were the places the locals would visit. Even the local police ate at some of them.

Easy going South Beach Tour

Rich_M, Nov 2024
Overall it was a nice tour. The guide was enthusiastic and energetic. Provided some good historical insights on South Beach. Need to include a mojito at the beginning stop!

A fun intro to South Beach culture

Janet_M, Nov 2024
Anna is an enthusiastic tour guide who explained the area’s history well. We sampled four cuisines: Mexican, Cuban, Venezuelan and, everybody’s fave: ice cream. Learned about South Beach area culture and art deco architecture.

Great food tour

Joseph_R, Nov 2024
Great tour with history along the way. Sol was really friendly and kept us moving. The food was planned out well and all was delicious and great to try something unusual.

Good, not great

Erik_S, Oct 2024
The Great! Our tour guide Sol was AMAZING! Super friendly and knowledgeable! Kept us moving, was flexible, and even made sure we got up to see Ocean drive. Cannot say enough good things about her! The not so great The food was...just fine, not good or great, small portions, and felt there are SO many dining options, really expected better. Still needed to get dinner after, which was later than we planned to be out as a group.

Great Food, Fun History

Patti_R, Oct 2024
The food was great!! The history during and between food tasting was interesting, informative and engaging.
