Tour guide & captain were very rude and unprofessional. did not answer the phone called multiple times. was late, when finally arrived the “boat” was old, nasty, raggedy, and bootleg looking. Boat ride in the middle of ocean to a little bootleg floating raft where we got on the jetski. instructions on riding jet ski was unclear due to tour guide fast speaking and heavy accent, then he had a bad attitude. When we fell off the jet ski, the tour guide and “boat captain” was very rude and more worried about the jet ski rather than our safety . Overall horrible experience

Bad costumer service!!!

It was difficult to find the place for me. At the end the tour guide was not happy with us. We called him a couple of time to make sure that we were on the way and running out of time. The customer service was bad in general. The boat was in a bad condition. The assistant had an accent that made it so difficult to communicate. Looks like he was mad that we couldn't understand him.They should be a bit nicer. Im not recommend to no one.

Had to keep calling and no answered. Then place texted me n still couldn’t find the place. Then try to say you still gotta pay extra which was not on the detail of the jet ski. Definitely should put it would b additional fee. Misleading
