The crew was amazing but what’s advertised and what I thought I was paying for is not what I got. It’s advertised that I would get two jet skis and that it has an inflatable pool but I did not get that.

Thank you for your review, and we're so glad to hear that you thought the crew was amazing! We'd like to clarify that our **2-hour charter** is designed as a sightseeing cruise only. As stated in the itinerary on our listing: > **Miami River Cruise** – Depart Chamonix Marina and enjoy a relaxing cruise along the historic Miami River, passing luxury yachts, waterfront homes, restaurants such as Kiki on the River and Seaspice, and taking in the beautiful Brickell skyline before returning. **This charter remains on the Miami River and is focused entirely on sightseeing.** Because of the limited duration, there simply isn't enough time to travel to the jet ski area or make a swimming stop. For that reason, the **complimentary jet skis are only included with charters of 4 hours or longer**, as clearly stated in our listing. Since there is no swimming stop on the 2-hour charter, the inflatable pool is not deployed either. We always encourage guests to carefully review the itinerary and inclusions before booking so they can choose the experience that best fits what they're looking for. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back on a longer charter so you can enjoy the full experience, including the jet skis and water activities.
