Maximum capacity: [6 passengers] per tuk-tuk. Please note that the experience may involve getting in and out of the vehicle and walking on uneven or cobblestone surfaces.
- Getting into and out of the tuk-tuk requires a step. The tour may include walking on cobblestone streets, uneven surfaces, stairs, and short uphill sections at some viewpoints. Travelers with mobility concerns should consider these conditions before booking.

The worst experience ever. I booked it and I was in Lisbon only this afternoon and I kindly asked the service provider to be transparent . He lied for two hours , first he said the guide tour came and it was not true, than the police stopped him and again another lie. Third the guide tour called and cancelled and the service provider did not reply . If it was not possible he should have been honest . This is also because I am a woman and he discriminated my gender. I have been waiting two hours in front the hotel and none came to pick me up . Things happened but the service provider handled the service in the worst way to steal the money .
Sam, our driver, was outstanding. On time and great notifying he was there for pickup. Very friendly and personable. Very knowledgeable about the points of interest and the history of Lisbon and Portugal. Never rushed us and we covered a lot of places. Highly recommend the tour.
Joe was a wonderful guide. Very knowledgeable, covered all the highlights in Lisbon, and took some great pictures of our group.

Very friendly and knowledgable guide and he knows his way around the city so does not waste time between stops. Also he let us stop where we wanted to and took us to a place not on the tour

Enjoyed seeing Lisbon and it beauty. The only negative was the accent of the driver. He was great but hard to understand at times

Guide was great. Very knowledgable about history of Portugal. Wife and I only had limited time - our guide made sure we got the most out of it and got us back to our hotel on time for an airport transfer.

Arrived on time to pick us up at our hotel. Tuk Tuk was a fun way to see Lisbon but canopy top obscured vision. It was hard to hear and underhand the driver while moving. Covered much of the city. Fun afternoon

This tour started with our tour guide showing up over 10 minutes late. He spoke perfect English and was friendly but he gave us the bare minimum information about city monuments. No history of Lisbon, no history of obvious things like the city clearly added land to coast. He also didn't have a headset so the few times he spoke it was difficult to hear. If you take this type of tour, make sure they have a PA and preferably someone who grew up in the area and has passion for city.
The guide tried very hard, but was very difficult to understand. The roads were way too bumpy for our aging bodies and it seemed we went over the same areas again and again.

The company was very accommodating in switching days due to an earlier ship departure. I had a nice driver who gave some information about what I was seeing but thought it would be a bit more than a drive around. Appreciated the stop to get a delicious custard tart.

Our guide Shams was great from the off. Contacted us well before the tour to advise where and when he would collect us.
Stopped at all the best places in the city and explained everything to us along the way.
Very pleasant chap who was so willing to make sure we got the most from the experience.

We only had one day in Lisbon so we needed a tour that would cover as much of the city as possible. This tour was perfect! We went through ever section of the city and more. Our guide was courteous, knowledgeable and interesting and gave us extra time in order to cover everything he thought we should see. It was a wonderful experience.
Right after booking tour, which was last minute, we were notified that they would be 1.25 hour late, tour booked was 3.25 hours. We got 2.25 hours
Tour guide drove us around pointed out various sites. Encouraged us to go look, while he sat in tuktuk.
We done a similar tour a few years back, the guide along walked with us to site, and explained the history/ background.
This tour was disappointing, we would jave gotten more out of the hop on hop off bus, for alot less money
The guide was very friendly and tried to do his best. Unfortunately his English was not very good and the road noise in combination made it impossible to understand most of what he said. He also received many phone calls during the trip. FYI a Turk Turk is VERY bumpy in Lisbon; not at all pleasant
All in all and average experience because of the limited knowledge our guide had. With a guide more knowledgeable, this could have been a whole different experience. This tour is a great option for those looking for a quick tour of sites as opposed to figuring it out on their own. would recommend, however, would ask the tour operator to make sure all the guides on duty are more engaged and knowledgeable in terms of sight information, engagement with folks on tour and history about the said sights.
We had a tremendous tour with Rana on the Tuk Tuk. He was able to show us the cool hidden gems of the city that we would definitely have come across if we were just walking around the town. He gave us plenty of time to explore the different areas in Lisbon. I highly recommend this tour with Rana.
Great experience on the tuk tuk. We went for the 3 hour tour and saw all the main sights of Lisbon.

Rana was our tour guide for three hours and did an excellent job. Rana's knowledge of Lisbon was impressive and he knew all the best spots for some photos, which he offered to take sometimes. Given how tough and unrelenting this job can be, we were grateful for Rana's enthusiasm and effort to make the experience enjoyable. From Michael and Immy.
This was such a great experience. Rana, our guide picked us up at our hotel and gave us a thorough tour of the city. Rana was able to give us much of the history of Lisboa as we saw the different sights. He has such a great sense of humor and kept us laughing the entire time. At the end of the tour we were dropped off at the Mercado da Ribeira market where we could grab lunch and enjoy more Ginjinha. Rana also gave us tips for other squares to visit on our walk back to the hotel.
Great tourguide, very Friendly, speaks English fluently and takes great pictures! We highly recommend this tour as it is a good way to explore the city.
Rana worked very hard to show us the highlights of Lisboa. A little difficult to understand his English but would recommend the tour.
