It was interesting to see the different stages of coffee roasting, then taste the final product. Very informative as the step-by-step process was explained. Questions encouraged. As a current non-coffee drinker, it was time well spent and I would highly recommend this activity as a "must do" on your list. After the tasting, I'm now open to enjoying a cup of coffee in the future. This activity also had the best surprise ending!! 🙂☕️

Coffee roasting and tasting tour

We had a great experience at SoLo Brewing Lab. They really took their time to teach us about roasting coffee. You can see the Solo crew has a huge passion for making coffee which makes it an even more enjoyable tour. The tour is quite new but I definitely reccomend this to anyone who loves good coffee.
