Amazing day. Our guide Nuno was professional, punctual and knowledgeable. Drive to Porto was 3 hours but it was comfortable super clean vehicle and was pleasant. This is a great way to see Porto if you only have one day for it and would like to avoid hassle of trains.

My wife and I were extremely fortunate to spend the whole day yesterday in Porto experiencing the very best guided tour we have ever had with Nuno. Everything worked to perfection through the day with his effective timing and wide choice of itinerary. His knowledge and passion for his country shone through. We learned so much about each highlight he described; enjoyed the coffee break, the interesting variety of stops and especially the lovely outdoor restaurant for lunch. We were delighted with his sense of humour, the care he showed toward two older travellers and his competent driving skills. He was inciteful in setting the perfect pace to our interests and abilities and at all times we felt he focussed on us. Many thanks and much appreciation to Nuno, a most excellent top level tourist guide! We absolutely loved Porto because of our amazing tour!

It is a three hour car ride each way, but it is worth it! Our guide, John (Jao), is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and informative. He did a super job helping us understand everything from lots of details about Porto to broader aspects of Portugal. We highly recommend this tour, especially with John.

The private Porto tour with Douro cruise and wine tasting was amazing. Porto is a beautiful riverside city with rich culture, food, and architecture. Our tour guide Susana was knowledgeable and friendly. She shared the history of city and some hidden gems. She encouraged us to take a lot of pictures so that we would have lasting memories of our trip. Most of all she treated us like family.

There was a fire along the route from Lisbon to Porto. Our driver, Joan, explained the situation and the company was monitoring the situation. Based on the best information we went on the trip. The drive was uneventful. Porto is beautiful and we greatly appreciated Joan’s knowledge of the city and its history.. I would highly recommend him for this trip.

The morning went by quickly. Simone was a wonderful tour guide and very easy to talk with, thus the time went by. Once we arrived in Porto, she took full control and did everything she could to make things comfortable for us. She was very knowledgeable about all of Porto. The port tasting was very good. We got a good lesson on the various types of port and got to taste 3. i would highly recommend this trip with Simone if you are basing your vacation in Lisbon.

Migual was amazing, he organized a lot to see and do and the made the drive from and to Lisbon seem shorted then the 3 hours. He took care of a problem with the cruise tour at the dock due to the cruise company and kept our day flowing smoothly. I never felt like I would get lost - his planned walk thru Porto avoiding up and down of the hills was well thought out. The little secrets like the cat art in the alley and chicken music man was extra charm to the tour. Very informative, professional and felt he truly cared we had enjoyed ourselves.

Indeed that at this time of the year Porto City is very crowed. It's the cruises season and there's a lot of tourists. Unfortunately we can't avoid that.
We always try to show you the most we can on this day and for that we need to walk and drive in the city.
Maybe you can come back another time and you can have a different experience with less people. For that we always suggest January or February. Those are the better months with much less tourists.

This tour of Porto was a trifecta: great city and wonderful knowledgable guide Susana...private tour in a most comfortable van...climaxing with a river cruise and wine tasting. We now have such an appreciation for Port wine , how it is made, and the varieties offered. I wish we had added a visit to a vineyard in the valley...but next time! We will return.

We extended our trip so we could spend a full day at Porto. I’m so glad we did when we booked this specific tour. Rui, our tour guide is the best in the business. He picked us up from our AirBnb, and navigated from Lisbon to Porto within 3 hours. He knew the area and history very well. Once we got there we saw the historic downtown area, he showed us all the popular and historic places. He took the best photos of us and made our trip truly memorable. I’m so thankful and appreciative of the effort he spent taking care of us. Our first time in Portugal was truly a wonderful experience and he made it worthwhile.

Our guide, Diogo, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He assisted us in making various dinner reservations in Lisbon. Porto is beautiful and worth the visit. It’s about three hours from Lisbon.
The wine tasting was disappointing. I assumed it would take place at a winery, but the facility is along the Douro in Gaia. I would have preference to not participate and pay for that. Also, much of the facility is closed due to covid. Next time, I’d do more research and take a separate tour to a winery in Portugal.
