Our transport from Lisbon Airport to our hotel was excellent, and Pedro truly made the experience stress-free. He was waiting for us inside the airport right when we arrived, which gave me so much peace of mind—especially since it was my first time in Europe and in Lisbon with my children. We landed very early at 5:50am after a long flight from Miami, and having someone ready to استقبال us and take us مباشرة to the hotel made all the difference. Pedro was polite, kind, and very welcoming, which set a great tone for the start of our trip. I’m so grateful that I pre-booked this service—it made our arrival smooth and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it!

Absolutely no communication about where to meet. Multiple attempts to call (number not in service) and communication via Viator unsuccessful. After almost two hours of waiting we just got an Uber. I need a refund.

Great service, solid experience

It was an overall very good experience. The driver was friendly and attentive. There are just two things worth noting: Don’t expect the exact car shown in the picture, and although the driver messages shortly before the scheduled time with instructions for the meeting point, he is not actually there yet and needs to be called to arrive. This resulted in an additional waiting time of about 10–15 minutes.

Paid for the service plane was a little delayed because of take-off . The gentleman was there I explaned that we were running late had to go thru customs, when we got to the point we were suppose to be he wasn't there. Someone yhere called hin and I called him got 2 different reasons on why he wasn't there had to take 2 cabs to get to hotel

Mario our driver was great. The airport was a little crazy. We had only carry on bags so the location outside the baggage area was not ideal, but it all worked out.

Our flight was a little late, we notified the driver. We went to the meeting point, but the driver was not there, he directed us to an address that information desk did not recognize, we messaged him back but did not meet us at the meeting point mentioned in the app. We ended up calling Uber to take us to the hotel. We would like a refund of the cost

Pedro our driver was wonderful and patient! Before we even took off, he sent a message introducing himself to and provided instructions for when we arrive. He even waited for us a long time as we were delayed due to long lines in passport control. He was very helpful and polite with great tips for seeing Lisbon! Excellent service. Pedro contacted me early to let me know where to meet. Our flight was delayed and it was simple to let him know. On arrival, greetings and pick up very smooth. He passed good information about Lisbon and things to do. Travel to our hotel was smooth. Had we landed on time, we would have been able to see the sights he pointed out. However, our three hour late arrival meant it was quite dark.

Our driver never showed up. I know it’s only an hour wait time from the original book time, however they should have called or texted that they had to leave the airport. I am assuming this is what happened.
