Great tour but make your own lunch arrangements

Paulo was very knowledgeable and provided a great day. Lunch booking at a restaurant serving heavy historic food a little odd given lunch not included but we skipped and found a great little cafe.

Regarding the restaurant we never include it on the tour exactly because we don't want to impose any restaurant to our guests. We just book a table in order to avoid our guests to wait in line and lose time from the tour. But it's completely their choice if they want to eat in that restaurant or not. We don't have any agreements with restaurants. Our only goal is to provide the best experience ever to our guests. In Tomar, a medieval town, our guests usually appreciate the experience to eat at the medieval restaurant, because it's different and the food is typical from that Region. We apologize that the restaurant did not please you. Fortunately you found another one quickly. We wish you a safe return back home and once again we appreciate a lot your feedback. This tour was a highlight of our trip to Lisbon. While the historic sites were incredible, our guide Susana was what made it special. She was very knowledgeable, gracious, quick to answer questions and accommodating of the needs of a diverse group (adults, teenagers and elderly parents with mobility challenges). She made sure that everyone in the group had a good time and got the most out of the experience. She offered ideas about places to explore in Lisbon and wonderful suggestions for restaurants. We had such a good time, we immediately booked a second tour with her. We are definitely going back and hope to book another tour with Susana.
