    We had a problem with comunication, paid in advanced, did not received confirmation to be pick up where I needed, so arrange another place and when I chat again to a specific place. Too late for refund or rearrange the plan.

    On June 1st, you changed the booking from June 2nd to June 3rd, which we changed without any problem. On 02/06 you informed us that the excursion booked, Fullday Fátima tour with pick up and drop off in Lisbon, would start in Fátima, as you were already there. Although this was not what you had booked, we proposed several solutions, including a shorter schedule, given that the pick-up was 125km from the place you had booked, or changing the day, but you were always unwilling to accept any solution. We consider this comment inappropriate, it does not correspond to reality and I hope you will reconsider it.

    We traveled with a small group and our priest. We were able to get a private chapel for a private mass. Except for the bad day for weather, our guide showed us a grand time with all the other sites and a wonderful lunch.
