Ciro, our tour guide, was wonderful. This was a “bucket list” item for my mom, who absolutely raved about the experience. Going to the smaller village to see the homes of the children and then to the sanctuary was just incredible. Ciro explained everything beautifully and was a delight.

The location is not exact. We were dropped off down the road (2 different Ubers). Arrived a min late and had to wait in a long line. No phone call. Bus left 8 of us and took only 12. Receptionist was rude and didn’t care. Dismissed us without trying to help us with a solution.

Our non-guided tour was a letdown. Maryiann, the staff member who greeted us on the bus, barely gave us any information or guidance. She handed us audio equipment that didn't work, leaving us to figure everything out on our own. We didn't get a proper introduction or any helpful tips on what to look out for. To make matters worse, when I spoke with her personally, she unsolicitedly suggested that I should've booked the more expensive tour, which would've provided more information - completely out of the blue, without me even asking about guided tours. Considering the cost, I would've been better off hiring an Uber. I'm extremely disappointed and wouldn't recommend this tour to others.

This tour should be longer, even if the increase in time means an accompanying increase in cost. Every stop was perfect, it's well put together but I'd have personally loved more time at each stop eg 1 hour to see the houses and the Aljistrel neighbourhood and not just 25 mins. We missed the May 13th mass so starting earlier may also be needed

Tha tour was great, we saw a lot of beautiful other places.We had the blessing of lighting candles for our family and friends and also visited the Fatima Cathedral.Overall it was an unforgettable blessing and a once in a lifetime experience.

The places we went were great but the guide was not great. Her information was minimal and it was supposed to be an English tour but most was in another language. We missed a lot by the time she got to saying in English. We were asked to move to this all day tour the morning of the tour at the
Meeting point and were told it was English but it was an all day vs half day as we had booked . We had very little time in Fatima as I wanted like in thr original tour . The Change was very much mis represented.

Not sure why this tour receives bad reviews. It’s very direct and to the point. You meet at the meeting place (or they pick you up), you board the bus, the bus takes you to the village where the you g shepherds grew up, then it takes you to Fatima and back. You are provided a device and ear piece, and that is your “tour”. I had plenty of time to walk around, take pictures, shop, use bathrooms, and sit down and eat in a cafe for about 45 mins. Great tour and great service. I would 1000% do it again. Never felt rushed.

It was great walk & beautiful scenery. However it would have been better to have a tour guide especially for the most important part as we nearly missed to see the place where Lucia resided. Thanks God we bumped into the one in charge of us & she then told us where it was & we only have 5 mins to go & come back to be in the bus.

Seeing the crowds in Fátima. We didn’t have enough time in the place and the tour should be a full day, in my opinion. The first stop for toilet, coffee and shopping was 15mins, second stop to the children’s homes was approx 30mins. Didn’t go to all the apparition sights. There was no explanation about how things worked in Fátima. As it was a Sunday, it was extremely busy. If you wanted to light a candle, you would have to have cued for approx 2 hours. We arrived in Fátima at 12.00 noon and left on the dot of 2.00pm. We weren’t given a map or any guidelines of what’s the best way to get the most out of the 2 hours there. If I had my time back again, I would do an actual tour of Fátima with guide and get the best out of the visit.

I have sent my mom and her friend on this tour. Both +70, active ladies, polite and easygoing.
They mentioned that the guide didnt do the basics: introduce herself. That she had a grumpy face, treated people badly and was rude.
The guide didn’t mentioned where to find toilets or a quick bite. Also, she was about to leave a dad and his kid behind because of a few minutes.
The feedback was clear: don’t go. Not worth to go to a Sanctuary trip with a guide that doesn’t do the basics and mistreat people.

The Fatima experience was fine, the bus on the return trip was a disaster! The seat that my wife had was loose, it slid side to side as the bus made turns, and the back would not stay up, it was fully reclined at all times. In addition to that, the air conditioning was poor as we left Fatima, and the airflow stopped halfway back to Lisbon. We were both soaked when we got back.

This was a total of six hours, not three as advertised. The guide was not very good. If I had known it was six hours I would’ve booked a n actual tour guide for just a little more money.

Excellent on site agents who helped redo our excursion after we missed the scheduled one due to massive traffic jams enroute to the meeting point. The tour guide, driver & fellow travelers were super. Definitely recommend this tour.

The tour operator provided an iPhone with the Fatima info on it but no other dialog or interaction. The bus was a few minutes late returning to pickup spot and no further interaction. I would not recommend this tour for the money.

The trip was very good, we left around 9:10h, took a break in a souvenir shop before Fatima center (cc 15-20min). We had cc 2 hours free time in Fatima (quite enough to see everything).
The aircondition in the bus was quit strong in the morning, so I recommend bring a some jacket or cardigan.

From the beginning, the activity was quite chaotic at the Gray Line station. There were no clear instructions on what to do, we were just on our own asking other people what to do. I was asked to wait for the bus by the curb since it hadn’t arrived only to find out I was among the last to board. We were dropped off and only given instructions on time and place of pickup but otherwise, we were pretty much on our own. I would not recommend this activity to others.

As a sole traveller this tour was perfect for me, the bus dropped us n the centre of Fatima. However the stop for 30 minutes at a Souvenir shop on the outskirts of Fatima is a totally unnecessary and a total waste of valuable time. Leaving us with only 2 hours in Fatima. Hence my low star rating.

Sofia the guide was sooo nice 👍 the trip was great but I thought was going to be 3 hours was like 5. Sunday mass was nice but crowded. Had a nice lunch at Apollo restaurant. Mercedes van 🚐 was about half full.

It was a memorable visit to the Santuary of Fatima, be able to join in praying the rosary and after wards hear the mass at the Chapel of the Apparitions. A truly great experience particularly to us of catholic faith.

It was a good tour of the shrine at Fatima. Be aware that you are only there for about three hours in total. If you want to spend more time at the Shrine, this will not be the right tour for you. The afternoon was spent on going to the old Monastery, Nazare fishing village by the coast and Obidos a medival village. Lovely places to visit. Tour guide Anna, was good and had mutilingual skills. The only reason I am not giving this tour a 5 star rating was that I booked a half day tour for Fatima, however the tour operator, Grey Line had an issue with arranging the vehicles for the half day tour(even though I had a confirmation). We ended up with the full day tour at no extra cost(which was good). But if you book a half day tour you should not have to settle for something else.
