We did not participate in the tour because the tour operator stated that they had not received the booking. After more than 1 hour of waiting and trying to contact by phone, we manage to talk to the tour operator. As the only solution to their lack, he proposes to carry out the same tour but privately with a surcharge of €100. We accept because it is our last day in Lisbon and given the time it is also the only way not to waste the day altogether, but basically we had to pay for their mistake. In all this I asked for a refund of the difference of €100 that I had to incur from Viator who refunded me only about 25% of this amount without giving me any explanation. I would also add that the tour we did was done with a driver, not a guide, which is a totally different service.

Points positifs : Jose était toujours à l'heure au rendez-vous. Véhicule propre. Il était disponible à nos suggestions et il était sympathique. Points négatifs : Jose a agi en titre d'accompagnateur (conducteur) plutôt que de guide. Aucune information si nous ne posions de questions et si nous en posions, nous avions de sérieux doute sur la véracité de la réponse. Aucun programme d'établi. Le tour aurait dû se terminer à 17h00 et nous avons décidé d'y mettre court à 14h30. Il serait également important qu'il soit au fait des heures d'ouverture des activités (monastère Hiéronymites où il nous a reconduits à 9h30 et l'ouverture était à 10h00 et musée de l'eau pourtant indiqué à son itinéraire). En fait, nous voyageons depuis plusieurs années et c'est malheureusement le pire tour que nous avons effectué. Nous nous sommes faits arnaquer de 166 $ beaux dollars.
