Customer support was excellent. Overnight upgrade to app caused problems in using the app. It ultimately did not work on my Android. I got a full refund.

Unfortunately for us, the app was having issues and wouldn't function for our phones. We uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted phones, tried joining different ways and nothing. It was disappointing to get to the starting point and then nithing else from there.
