A MUST SEE TOUR FOR ALL AGES

    JEFFREY_L, Oct 2021
We were SO impressed with Kristine and her extensive knowledge of the artwork displayed in this area of Denver. She introduced us to a whole different world of art and some of the people behind it all. Everyone coming to Denver should take this tour with Kristine and be amazed at the quantity and quality of the graffiti posted in this part of town. BTW the Chocolate Almond Croissant at the Market was a fabulous way to cap off the tour.

    Book now-totally worth it.

Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and made this 2 hour tour seem far less. We got some history, some art lessons and got a great feel for the genre and area. Highly recommended.

    Learned A Lot

    Jaiy_B, Sep 2021
This is an excellent tour. Kristina was the guide and she is very knowledgeable about the different types of street art that she showed us. Good explanations of different techniques of spray painting, stenciling, stickering, etc. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone with an appreciation of art and the local culture in the RiNo part of Denver.

    Excellent tour

Wonderful tour. Aaron was so kind and knowledgeable. Loved the tour!!! I learned so much about the amazing art of the RiNo district. This was my second time doing the tour and each time was different. Would definitely recommend.

    Great Tour!

Kristina was amazing! Very knowledgeable about the area and showed me a lot of cool pieces! I really enjoyed this tour to get to know the city better!

Aaron was a very skilled guide. He had a lot of enthusiasm for the area, for the artists, and for the art.

Even though I live in Denver, I had never really explored Rino.. I was very impressed with the area overall and the types of murals that were very professionally explained to us by Aaron. I enjoyed learning about some of the artists and also seeing a few in action in some of the more obscure alleys.

    AWESOME EXPERIENCE

    Melinda_W, Aug 2021
Kristina was awesome!! I learned so much and definitely have a new outlook for this type of art. Thank you Kristina for sharing all of your knowledge.

Fantastic art and community tour of Five Points.

    Melissa_G, Aug 2021
Aaron was a fabulous tour guide who gave a great overview of public and graffiti art, the various forms, and the evolution of the form and the neighborhoods of Five Points aka Rino. I enjoyed the pacing, his love of the art form s, and his efforts to keep the group engaged. PS i feel like i have a great sense of the artists in the area now. I would highly recommend.

    Great tour!

Zoey was an enthusiastic tour guide giving tips about Denver, as well as interesting facts about the places you visit. Great food!

Loved the Tour But Knowledge of Graffiti Culture and Technique Was Missing

    Kim_M, Jul 2021
It was incredible to see the beautiful murals and all the work Denver has put into supporting and uplifting artists. Mackenzie - our guide - was great and had personal knowledge of many of the artists. I really appreciated her highlighting women and LGBT2Q artists! My only request would be to add the history of graffiti – “graf” - as well as to understand and include the importance of the different styles of graffiti on the tour. So much of this was there in plain site, but excluded in the stops and conversation - including wheat pasting, slap tags, different letter styles and techniques - bubble, wild style, block, fire extinguisher, tagging, throw-ups (throwies), stencils, piecing, bombing, crochet covering of poles and crochet sculptures, and use of tape and stencils, especially in the creation of some larger images. People should for sure learn that graffiti has existed since humankind has existed, and that the modern version of graffiti is a key component of hip hop culture - created with spray paint as the central ingredient - and brought to life by Black and Brown youth in NYC and Philly, known as “graf writers” or “aerosol artists” – who risked and still risk death, police violence, arrest and incarceration to “get up.” Their creations sparked a worldwide art explosion. Denver’s art – and graffiti murals everywhere – would not exist without their sacrifice and inspiration. It's a great loss to the people on the tour and disrespectful to urban communities of color that the roots, creators and techniques of graffiti were left out.

    Amazing tour

    Alanna_S, Jul 2021
The street art in this city is incredible. Our guide, Kristine, was super knowledgeable and fun. This tour was one of my top experiences visiting Denver. Thanks so much!!

Worth seeing this part of Denver

    Priveer_S, Jul 2021
Thank you Kristina, You added so much depth and information to the art on each wall! You made the content and neighborhood so approachable. My family appreciated our time with you and would recommend you to anyone who wants to go on this tour. We hope to see you again.

    Wonderful tour.

    Sharon_V, Jul 2021
My favorite tour of my trip. Kristina was an excellent tour guide; Friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer all of our questions. I plan on doing the tour again in September when I go back to Denver with another friend.

    Wonderful tour

    Catherine_B, Jul 2021
Our tour guide was very professional and well-informed. He was also very giving, We really enjoyed the tour. Thank you!

Highly recommend for visitors and residents

    Enid_W, Jun 2021
Our tour guide was fun, funny and very knowledgeable. He knew a great deal about the various artists, their works and the neighborhood and was very enthusiastic, which made for a great experience. A great way to spend 2 hours.

    Tour with Aaron!

    Carolyn_D, May 2021
Aaron was super knowledgeable and obviously enthusiastic about the Denver arts community. He was able to go beyond superficial comments and discuss history, symbolism, personalities.

Great way to see art you otherwise might not find.

    Marlee_C, May 2021
I enjoyed the tour with Aaron. He was knowledgeable, fun to listen to, and helpful! I like that we got a snack with the tour and the Denver Central Market is a great place to start your morning off before the tour! The art murals exceeded my expectations and I felt the tour was well worth the money spent.

    Art Outside in Dever

    Cathleen_B, May 2021
I love learning more about all the Denver neighborhoods...the variety of art in RINO was stunning..Aaron was very knowledgeable and friendly guide! Leave time to have a meal at one of the many restaurants in the area!

Walking tour of the Wall Art

    David_P, May 2021
Jennifer was a great guide and knowledgeable about the history of the art development in RiNo. I enjoy seeing art but l'm not an artist, so it was fun learning about various techniques used by the artists. There were a lot of examples and styles within a relatively compact area of the city. Jennifer was able to point out the artist's style so their works were recognizable.

    Street Art Tour

    Eileen_L, Apr 2021
Mackenzie was an excellent tour guide very knowledgeable we've seen some awesome art can't wait to do it again!!

Dont waste your time or money. Avoid Melissa as a guide

    Larry_G, Mar 2021
Our tour guide Melissa was rude, impatient, condescending and lacked compassion and understanding. She had very little knowledge of the technical aspects of street art, information about the artist, and the artists political statement or meaning behind the work of art with the exception of a couple of art works. She made subtly racially insensitive comments and racial micro aggressions. We have been on tours all over the world and this guide by far was the worst.

Walking tour with history of area and murals of RINO district

    AshCampbell, Jul 2020
Lee was a great guide - tour included history of LoDo and Union Station. We walked to the RINO area, saw and learned about several murals in the area. Lunch and a drink in RINO, and then a walk back to Larimer Square. Sadly end of tour was rained out by a passing storm (watch the weather and plan accordingly). Lots of walking on this tour. Tour was at end of July, and tours were just starting to return to the area

    Fantastic

    Connie_B, Mar 2020
Great experience for our of town guest and locals who want to know more about this wonderful city we live in!
