This was such a fun tour! We were able to try such a wide variety of food. Austin, our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable about the RiNo area and the beautiful murals everywhere. My husband and I both enjoyed all the food and learning about the area. If you book this tour, come hungry!

Austin was fantastic! Felt like I’ve known him forever. He knew the neighborhood and had great stories about different things on our way to different restaurants. My partner and I had an absolutely incredible time on this tour. We were visiting family in Fort Collins and decided to spend a night in Denver — and this ended up being one of the best decisions of the trip.
We lucked out with what felt like a private experience — just the two of us with our guide, “Denver Dan.” He was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and genuinely passionate about the city. Beyond walking us through each stop, he took the time to give us personalized restaurant recommendations tailored to our tastes, complete with fun facts and local history about each spot. Even for the places we didn’t get to visit, he made us feel like we already knew them.
The food itself was fantastic — each stop felt intentional and well-curated, showcasing what makes the RiNo neighborhood so special. But honestly, what elevated this from a good food tour to a great experience was Dan himself. His energy, depth of knowledge, and genuine love for Denver were contagious.
Whether you’re a first-time visitor trying to get a real feel for the city or a local looking at your own neighborhood through fresh eyes, I can’t recommend this tour enough. We’ll absolutely be back.

I left a review on Google, but Hans was absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and showed us some great off the beaten path art work which made the experience feel very personal and curated for the group. An excellent way to learn about the Denver Arts scene while sampling great food along the way. You’ll meet amazing people, taste an array of delicious food, and see murals that will take your breath away. The guide (ours was Nate) will give you insight into the art, the artist, and the impact felt by each installation or art mural. Three hours easily worth the price of admission.

My adult daughter and I traveled to Denver for our annual mother-daughter trip and wanted to experience authentic Denver food as well as the art scene. This tour was by far one of the highlights of our trip. Nate did a fantastic job of explaining the background of the restaurant industry in the RiNo district and how each dish had significance. We went to 5 restaurants and had Bavarian pretzels, tacos, gnocchi and more. We spent time in Central Market and the streets of RiNo seeing the wall art, learning about the artists and culture. Nate even gave each guest recommendations for restaurants and cafes to try. He was friendly and made the tour super fun. Highly recommend!

Every trip we make we pre-arrange a food tour as a fast way to get a list of reliable restaurant recommendations that fuel our culinary experience through the remainder of the visit. It worked in Prague, San Diego, Playa del Carmen. Riga, Tallinn, and Vilnius. Choose the right tour provider and it is a surefire recipe for success.
Transferring this idea to the city of Denver, I went with Delicious Denver Food Tours on their tour of the arty and culinary RiNo (River North) area. It was an engaging, informative journey through tavos, pizza made with a sourdough crust, craft beer, gnocchi, and ice cream. Central to its value were the leader Zack, and sidekick Forest. They were knowledgeable, engaging, open to questions, and just plain funny. A very enjoyable way to learn about food in RiNo over the course of an afternoon. After asking us our personal favorite food styles they even gave each of us a list of places to try in Denver. A thoughtful touch.
Thoroughly recommended.
