We were worried due to the weather, but we were able to still go for our ride. Took lots of pictures and a memory we will have for a life time.
Such a great time! We went right after the rain and it was still an amazing experience. Very easy process to get on and off. Views were awesome.
Lovely view from the top. But those lines, whew! Doing it at night also made it seem more fun, seeing the skyline in the dark, etc. would recommend
It was so nice to just get right in line with tickets in hand. The ride had beautiful views and it went around more than once so you really get to take in the experience. Definitely recommend.
The event was great but i couldn't access my ticket on the Viator website. Thankfully, the accepted my email confirmation as my ticket.
I am so glad I purchased my tickets thru Viator. If I had waited to buy them at the venue we would have not made it on.
The line was about 1 1/2 hours but because I bought them through Viator we were able to access a special line without a wait.
That was such a relief.
We had a great time at Navy Pier. Wednesday nights they light fireworks and so we were able to enjoy the show. Good place to visit a variety of food choices.

It’s a very nice time to spend time with family and friends to overlook Chicago. Also, the trams are spacious and comfortable. When you visit Chicago, it would be nice to stop in Navy Pier and take this wheels.
It was fun. The line moved quickly. We went around about 3 or 4 times on one turn. The cars are air conditioned
The Ferris wheel at the Pier was relaxing. Just being able to sit back and enjoy a skyline view of the city was nice.
Bring a nice jacket or sweater and show up early and make sure you go to the ticket booth before looking for your boat
Great view of Lake Michigan! We try to ride “sky wheels” in every city we go to that has one, beautiful views day or night!
Beautiful view! The cars are air conditioned so it makes it perfect in any weather. We went on a weekday afternoon and there was barely a line.
Easy on and off. Accessible for all ability levels. Great views of the Chicago skyline as you go around. Plenty of parking and snack and food options.
Riding the Navy Pier Ferris Wheel was such a fun experience! The views of the Chicago skyline and Lake Michigan were incredible, especially at night. It was smooth, safe, and perfect for families. A great way to slow down, enjoy the scenery, and make lasting memories—definitely worth it!
The Ferris will provide phenomenal views of the city. I’ll probably take us in advance and it was very easy in and out.. this is a very fast activity but worth it
Really enjoyed my visit to Chicago's Navy Pier Centennial Wheel (aka The Ferris Wheel). I was able to sit in a pod on my own, the weather was beautiful and clear so I could clearly see all around. It went “round” several times also which was great 😊

Everything went smoothly, we were able to get on three more rides with this booking. Bicentennial wheel, merry go round, and tea cup rides. It all worth it!!!

Pretty underwhelming view - whirling around in a circle twice after it taked 15 minutes to load/unload the 42 gondola cars. The observation deck on the Willis Tower is much more impressive of a view. Maybe more interesting for young children but there were eight adults packed into my gondola car and there wasn't much mobility.
Nice experience. Could’ve been a bit longer though. The person didn’t know how to scan our tickets since thru Viator you don’t get a QR code.
Don’t buy Ferris wheel tickets from this site, apparently they don’t accept any third party vendors - wasted money.

Beautiful view of Chicago. Smooth ride, easy on and off. Great food choices if you’re looking for a place to eat. Within walking distance of Magnificent Mile.
Although the line was long, it went very fast. Amazing views from all around. The city on one side and the lake full of sailboats on the other. Spectacular views.

This activity can definitely be skipped. The view is not as amazing as I expected it to be and is not worth the price paid. When we arrived, we were met with a challenge as Viator provided the tickets with a barcode and the box office is only equipped to scan QR codes. After asking for a manager, I was then told “oh it is not that serious, you can get on”. If it wasn’t that serious, why go back and forth with me for 4 minutes about not having a “correct” ticket. Then there is a sign right before you get on that read “stop for your free picture”, however, when we got off we were handed the PRINTED picture and was given a price of $25… thus NOT FREE! If the picture was indeed free, it would have been worth the price paid. Oh and it was only 2 rotations around.
Odyssey Dinner Cruise on Lake MICHIGAN is nice, enjoyed DJ Pat and the music 🎶, weather was not the best (foggy), but overall had a great time
