We felt rushed the whole time. The ice cream ran out in some stations. The rooms were crowded and really couldn’t enjoy the very little experiences. I was deeply disappointed with this purchase
Lots of fun for young kids. Some interesting history about ice cream although there could be much more. There could also be more samples.
If you have time to burn with kids this is an ok activity. Expensive for what you get but the ice cream was good. This is a one and done activity.
It was really fun and cute, but didn’t last very long. It was a quick walk through it felt like to me.
all the ice cream was good, staff so polite but i would recommend booking the tickets through the actual website not viator. when it was time to show the tickets they were nowhere to be found in the email or the employees folder. luckily they seen the receipt and allowed us in but it was a huge inconvenience.
Loved tasting all the different flavors. The different activities were a pleasure. The ice cream hot dog I might pass on.
There were several things that were on the facebook ads that were not there. Also the employees h guy icing out the ice cream were not friendly at all.
We loved the decorations and staff was so enthusiastic and pleasant. Our grandkids loved the sprinkle pit. Old boys were being rowdy and rough with little ones around and staff handle it very well for everyone’s safety.

I was impressed by the young staff who were friendly and knowledgeable. Visited with my 10-year-old twin grandchildren and they had a fabulous time.
We enjoyed the visit, however, the target audience is for children. We were a party of 7 adults. There really wasn’t a big selection of flavors available that day. No vanilla was offered.
Very family themed, you get several ice creams to taste so good a little hungry. The sprinkles pool was fun
Such an enjoyable experience especially for young children… or adults who LOVE a variety of ice cream. The tickets were quick to purchase through viator. FYI, you will need to sign a waiver for all parties but can do so through this app. They take into account food allergies and will ask about specific allergies at the beginning of the tour. I loved all the ice cream choices but my favorites were the pineapple and Italian ice.
The kids had a blast I wish all the flavors of ice cream was available at no additional cost but the flavors the museum provided were delicious.
This is maybe geared more towards children but it was 3 of us adults that went and we had a great time! We got to sample multiple kinds of ice cream and learned ice cream facts as well. There were lots of good photo opportunities as well. We even went in the ball pit at the end!
I actually sent my son and he enjoyed it! He wanted to have one more experience in Chicago before coming back home for summer break!
My experience using this app was disappointing to find out right after booking through them that the same exact tickets were cheaper on the actual site and a different third party website. So needless to say I will not be using this app for future purchases
A very quick experience! Unlimited ice cream so no complaints there! It’s family & solo friendly. My fav part was all the places you could take photos. They even have a hot dog flavored ice cream lol will be back!
It is basically an ice cream shop. You have few flavors to try out. You can also can buy other flavors. No much activities for adults or kids.
Ticket price is $50 to have try some ice creams.

It was a great and new experience but extremely over priced for the limited amount of ice cream choices you get to enjoy
It is a good experience but not for the money. Thought would experience how l ice cream was made but was only few rooms with few ice cream flavors to choose. The sprinkle pit was for little kids. Bar was expensive.
Lots of taste testing…but that also comes with lots of lines. It was fun but not as interactive as the Balloon Factory or Color Factory. There isn’t much to do other than sit and eat ice cream with a few small things along the way.
Yum yum! The ice cream choices are delicious and unique! My grand kids loved all of the ice cream and the sprinkle pool!
She was literally like a kid it’s great knowledge about ice cream and it taste good too , and they have a bar so you can also drink and order food
Be prepared to eat alot of ice cream and you get to learn the history about ice cream. There also a sprinkle pit for kids and adults to play in.
Everything was fun and interactive. My 13 year old says 5 stars. His favorite part was the sprinkle pool and the kindness of the staff
