Worts night of our lives. It was supposed to be a good time for the Birthday girl. Our waiter (coco) completely forgot about us, we wanted drinks and she was just having the time of her life @ the dance floor. Our plates were not picked up until we left, we don’t even get water refills. We were a 2% in the crowd. DJ played 1 full & 1/2 of the other. We asked for 1 he player 10 seconds of it and say he refused to play a Christmas song before Thanksgiving.

The cruise was canceled before Viator sold me the trip. I called city cruises and I need to start a process for getting a refund.

The DJ was great. However, the staff needs training. We had pictures taken by the photographer, the pictures are blurry and don’t really capture the details of our faces. The server was terribly forgetful which resulted in an uncomfortable dinner conversation. The coffee was cold…too many things to list.

Great experience, I went for my birthday and had the best time ever. The food was ok but the DJ was top tier. Drinks were good.

This was an amazing cruise! We had so much fun! DJ was great, food was mediocre l, but well enough to eat. Everyone was nice, servers were great. We just had beer and wine and yes the prices are expensive!

We had a great time even though rain prevented us from leaving the dock. Staff was extremely friendly. Our server, Tatiata went above and beyond with her customer service and made us feel right at home. Management also went above and beyond and took care of the patrons due to the uncontrollable circumstances. 10 out of 10. DJ was great!

We were excited about the evening but sadly Mother Nature had different plans. We never left the dock. However they made up for it by offering an open bar. Our server, Coco, was great. She was fun to work with and constantly kept in touch throughout the evening. It was pouring rain when we left and Coco even offered us trash bags and helped make the ponchos. Great time and we would try again hoping for better weather.

The food was delicious. The staff was very friendly and engaging. The music that the DJ provided was terrific. Everyone on the boat, even the staff, had a really good time. This experience is marketed as a dinner cruise, but I'm calling it a party boat. Loads of fun!

The experience was horrible. It was our 32nd anniversary and it was ruined. The waves were extremely choppy and the boat was constantly rolling back and forth. My husband got sick within 10 minutes and literally was hanging outside over the rail on the deck the entire 2.5 hour cruise. I was out there with him. We didn't eat anything or participate in anything. That being said, the staff were truly incredible and were trying to help us...even giving us a vomit bucket and a blanket for my husband.
The cruise line should have contacted us prior to let us know it was going to be bad; we would have rescheduled for the next day. We would like a refund as we live in West Palm Beach and can't use a voucher for another cruise. Please give me the contact information for the cruise line.

The staff. Some were attentive, however others were not at all. There was slow service when all we ordered was a caned drink. Food was decent. Expected a better option for the price we paid. The views were nice and enjoyed the outside more than inside.

Coco was more than amazing! Surprised my fiancé with this dinner cruise for her B-day and Coco took it to the next level! My experience on the boat was okay! Lex was awesome hostess!!! He was absolutely great. I love the fact that he was so attentive to my questions and concerns. I went upstairs to experience the boat outside and almost tumbled over into the water because of the sharp curve from the boat man, that part was scary, honestly very much scary. Mr Ramsey did come check on us tho, i appreciate that.

Mom didn’t like it at all. I didn’t neither but i will say that jerk chicken and their own spin with Greek salad was hella good!
It was my birthday so Lex brought me my cake and it was sooo good! That was the best cake ever!! Other than that the music could’ve been a little bit better. I got sick at the very end. But lex gave me some ginger ale. Overall i won’t come back

Our waiter Lex was the best!! He kept up with checking on us and was so very kind!!! The yacht could use some tlc though. Air conditioning froze up and was leaking everywhere. The buffet should also be more secured. The waves rocked us a lot on the turn around twice and some of the buffet toppled of the tables.

The boat was super hot, no air conditioner was provided. The boat has a bad order as well at the entrance and the exit of the boat. Was not happy with the experience I had. Not to mention how the boat was. Definitely not what I was expecting.

Pros… food was good (buffet),
Cons….. bathrooms barely clean, Ran out of food especially deserts, DJ played ok music not great, the boat offered no entertainment except for DJ, Servers was ok not great.

In the booking there was no mention of the name of the the boat we would be taking for this event, so that was a little frustrating having to stop every few hundred feet to ask what ship this was going to be on, only to get to the almost very end of the pier and find that it was the ship. But once on the boat it was wonderful. The DJ was wonderful and so was the buffet. The bar drinks were a little pricey but good tasting. The service and welcome aboard was wonderful.
