Great way to see multiple chicago highlights with a one stop booking.
We were able to see both the skydeck on sears and 360. VIP queues where available. Griffin museum had the space simulator ride available. The aquarium was awesome. Ability to pick what you like from the list was great and the booking and rebooking flexibility
This was so so worth it! We did 5 things and saved a ton of money and time bc of the express line at the Sears Tower. We prob saved an hour and a half not waiting in line for the elevator and the ledge.
The CityPass is a great way to see Chicago! It saved us a bundle and we saw things we may not have otherwise visited because they were included in the cost of the pass.
The Citypass was absolutely worth it, if you're doing things on the list. We got entry into multiple things free with the pass, and ended up paying for itself. Highly, highly recommend for Chicago if you're doing tourist stuff!!
Science and Industry was the best, closely followed by the Field Museum. The Adler Planetarium was a bit smaller than I expected, so only need to plan ~2 hours
Loved the City pass and the expedited lines that allowed us to make the most of our time in Chicago (no waiting in long lines). We had 5 days to see the sites and were able to plan all of our activities before we even arrived in Chicago. We stayed at the Sheraton Grand Riverwalk near Navy Pier over July 4th weekend.
City Pass is a great way to see Chicago if you know you are going to some of the most popular museums (Field and Shedd) and then allow for some other excursions that you wouldn’t necessarily want to pay full price for (Skydeck, Architecture Cruise) but were still enjoyable and save some cash overall. The Adler Planetarium was a nice find. I would not use for the art institute if you have kids under 13 as they get in for free.
This pass was a great value! We had four days and visited several museums, the aquarium, the Sears (Willis 😑) Tower and took a boat ride. It arrived in my inbox right away and it was easy to make reservations for the locations that required it.

Highly recommend this pass, lots of choice of dates the time of year I went, easy to book and reserve your spot! I’d planned my trip with most of the attractions then discovered this pass, I saved quite a lot of money
It provided good savings, but there are some issues. They have a 3 visit and a 5 visit. Its not obvious which works out for you, especially after their conditions and restrictions. Unless you are travelling in extremely peak season, you are fine just buying this at the last moment. Due to rain, snow and fog a lot of attractions were closed. We couldn't use our pass and there's no refund.
Easy, the app is marvelous and it was fun yo do everything. Also to have the fast pass for the entrance just because we got the citypass
Went with my dad and found many of these activities to be entertaining in my time in Chicago. If you like history and viewing many things in a short time I would definitely recommend.
Worth price if you’re a first time visitor going to multiple places in the city . It is a better deal than to buy separate tickets for each attraction.
Chicago Pass is great way to save money and see the sights. We did the 5 sights and it was easy to use and cost effective.

It was nice looking at all the buildings at night.
The night was beautiful. The weather was great, with a cool breeze.
We had a blast! Willis Tower was really cool. Field Museum is massive, it takes a very long time to get through. The aquarium was a hit with everyone. The architecture boat ride was amazing! I wish I could remember it tour guides name. He had such a wealth of knowledge about all of the current, past, and future buildings and he was hilarious to boot. If you do it at sunset you get to see some pretty incredible views of the city. We ran out of time and weren’t able to do all 5 attractions.
Our experience was frustrating
We faced difficulties locating the destinations for the various activities due to the fact that direction wasn't provided. We could only do the skydeck and the shoreline sites seeing River Tour.

Our flight was delayed a day we used the pass to do the ledge, chicago 360 and the aquarium. It was a great way to quickly see the city with the use of the hop on hop off bus as well.
So easy to use. Was able to reserve attraction times ahead and it made it super easy to check in. Saved a lot of money because it paid for itself after 3 visits.
Citipass is totally worth the money. VIP treatment that allows you to skip the very long lines at Willis Tower made it worth while just for that! We also did the 360 Observation, Art Institute and the Aquarium. I will definitely look for Citipass when I travel to other cities.
Nice cost saver able to skip some lines. Options of activities to do was very good. Our 17 and 18 year old granddaughters loved the activities
Pretty easy to use with the CityPASS app. Great having priority and expedited line access where available. Tickets on app easy to show and scan at venues. Nice option to change timed entry and dates with the app.
Just make sure you wear a hat for the sun. The buildings are beautiful, and we had a funny but knowledgeable tour guide. Never seen the buildings from that direction before, and we live in chicago. Its a must see !
The experience using the pass was poor and clearly not enough information. This was the fault of Viator. We were missing an email from them apparently. We called City Pass for help. No phone number for Viator. The pass itself was wonderful after you got it to work.
