Every other table had fresh tulips and a candle on it, but since I was by myself I didn't get those things. They said they didn't have a table set up for me-party of 1. They only have 1 vegetarian option so if you don't like that one option they they can't make anything else. I got a bunch of sides but I don't think it was worth it for some potatoes and corn. I was sat in a middle seat so I couldn't really get a good view of the city, I didn't take any pictures. What would I take pictures of? Other people's heads in the way of the view? Why is this an activity for toddlers??? Screaming toddlers-check! The entertainment was watching the kiddos scream, cry and dominate the dance floor just to keep them from throwing another fit! It was really obnoxious hearing that shrilling screaming in my ears during dinner and dessert. The adults were nice, the music was pretty basic, but the service was impeccable! The servers were so attentive and they were very friendly and on top of everything! They did a great job but the other stuff-not so much.

This is not a romantic setting for couples. Our tour included families with several young children. It was going well until DJ cranked up the music, small kids hit the dance floor yelling, screaming and running around. We could not have a conversation because of the noise. We did move as far away from the dance floor as possible so we could enjoy a slightly quieter atmosphere. The drinks and food were excellent. Service was good. I would not do this cruise again. It was a special occasion for us (30th anniversary), unfortunately because of above it was ruined. If anyone considers going don't expect quiet or romantic.

I wanted to love this experience; however, the cruise was very underwhelming.
CONS
1. There is no way of finding the boat without walking up to every boat/ the entire pier
2. The crowd was mostly 50+
3. No one was dancing. When my friends and I started dancing, we became the main source of entertainment.
3. My entire party found their food underwhelming and lacking in flavor. The presentation was nice but, the flavor was a similiar level as Chili's ($25 or less).
PROS
1. The staff were professional and attentive. Our server was Sam.
2. The manager stopped by all tables to speak to guests and was willing to support his staff in all tasks. (Note: All concerns listed above were voiced)
3. There was a DJ ( all genres were played)
4. The view/lights were beautiful
I believe for the price an alcoholic beverage should be included, food should improve, signs should be visible to let non locals know where the boat is, and participants should mainly book the cruise when the weather allows more access to the deck.

Even though we were unable to go out on the water due to weather they more than made up for it, Great staff!

This was an amazing trip with outstanding views. We were celebrating my Mom's 65th birthday and the manager Antonio found a way to make the day special and unforgettable for her. She has been overwhelmed with excitement ever since. This was a perfect evening that was well worth every penny!

There were 4 boats out there no directions as to where to go, we went to 4 boats they wasnt the right boat. We missed our boat after standing in line for the wrong boat. All the boats had the same name. I was very upset it was our anniversary date ruined

Hands down the worst meal to be had in the Windy City. Dry, over seasoned proteins, undercooked and over salted vegetables and all served colder than room temperature. Servers & Bartenders were fantastic. DJ S-Rock made the evening fun & our “table-nieghbors” were a delight to chat with & dance the night away. As an apology a meet & greet with the captain was offered. What would have been appropriate would have been to have chef come and apologize for passing off that sub-par slop as a hundred dollar plus dinner.

Great views of the city at night. Food was average. Service was good. I was disappointed in the actual trip. We turned around several times to see the same area. I thought we'd go father north and south.
The DJ was okay. I much preferred the live entertainment offered on our London Thames River dinner cruise, offered by the same company. The good was much better there as well.
Too pricey for what we got.

Boat ok . Food was good nothing special but good , personals 👎 sever hostess absolutely non professional. Start about table they put us to table after 10min the told us we ha e to move to different table to window which weageed. Some couple next to us said we waiting g after you move because we want our table. So we found they kick us from our table where we already start eating 🙄🙄🙄. Than we stand up other couple took our table and we stay 15 min in middle of boat without table without servers. Than we make decision to find table ourself . We found only three tables free not prepared so we seat to one of course nobody want this table it was lower level back door next to diesel engines . Smell horrible but after next 15 min come servers and clean table and bring to us silverware’s. Than we ordered drinks in order beer my lady preserve just lemon to water . And also we ordered food . Food come in next 20-30min . ( of course no drinks at all )
After we finished starters main course we ask for drinks servers and hostess watching us like we bother them .
No drinks next 20min than we asked next time if we can finally get our drinks ( one hour later ) finally they bring us our drinks . We go outside and enjoy really beautiful view .
Than the severed deserts we must wait for server to ask for coffee next 20min come coffee and we slowly return to pier . $500 experience. Not worth at all

the food ,Salmon, was so very well seasoned, they waiters were very well mannered & attentive. dj played nice songs was nice and friendly. the views of the lighthouse and sail boats of all sizes with the warm sun and salty smelling breeze. this was the best birthday experience ever!

Where we parked wasn't far from the boat. The food menu should be thought out more. My waitress was friendly but when we asked for warmer softer rolls. she told us that they didn't have any more. That was very disappointing because I didn't care very for my salad nor the rest of my meal.
