Defenetly one of the most beautiful places in Chicago. It is spectacular. The atmosphere is great, the bar is awesome, everything is clean and I was blessed to have a beautiful day with the most beautiful views. It is a wonderful experience. Recommended.

So the view and the staff were amazing, but it was really not how it was portrayed. It was dirty. There wasn’t enough seating it smelled badly. I was expecting a lovely sunset cocktail looking out the window maybe some nice music… Instead, there were children running around everything was dirty. I would not go back, not worth it rushed out of a lovely five star dinner to get there in time. What a waste of time.

It’s morning to do. There were closed areas and the Tilt experience is a super long wait. My time was 2pm and they weren’t open until 5. Not much to do but look out the window. Then the picture they took for us that you have to buy wasn’t even properly centered. It was a waste of time and I regret coming.

The views from the Cloud Bar are incredible. Very memorable. The included cocktail was delicious and the gift shop had lots of neat items. However the Tilt experience was less than thrilling, and frankly kind of gross, because they do not wipe down the handles after each ‘experience.’ I was more concerned with the nasty, sticky mess than I was about the Tilt experience. Also, you should know that the photos they take are ridiculously expensive.

The view was great and we did not have to wait long to go up in the elevator. However, the "Sip" part was a little disappointing. The pictures made it look like a nice bar area and we thought there would be more seats and table service, and an ability to order some bar food. Instead it's a walk up bar and anyone can just go get a drink. I believe it actually was less expensive to just buy the access only and then get a drink if you want one when you are there than to buy the package. Would stick with just the normal ticket vs buying the Sip and View version and go someplace else for a drink (with a nice bar ambience) after visiting the top of the building.

The views were amazing! The drinks were good also! We upgraded and got different drinks. We didn’t do the TILT but everything was nice. We stayed there for over an hour and weren’t rushed. We watched the sunset and it was just an overall nice experience!

Great view, but not enough space for the sip and view. Children in the bar area. Other than that, great time. Too many people in a small area and waiting for a place to sit.

Most of our time was spent in line: a line to get up to the floor, a line to get your drink, and a line to get out. There was a line for Tilt that I couldn't stand in because the line to leave was starting to wrap around. I believe there are usually two elevators to take you up to the space, but only one was working. The team started taking us up using the freight elevator.
The tickets weren't inexpensive, so the experience we had was not worth the price of entry. On a good day, it may have been a nice thing to do.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had. The bartender was exceptional, I wish I got his name but he was so patient with everyone and doing a wonderful job making drinks they were delicious. I would definitely recommend a 10/10.

Stunning sunset view with the beautiful Cloud bar, but the drinks included in the ticket are terrible basically just the mix of ice and water, no taste at all.

Thought with the Deck & Sip View ticket we would have access to a limited area. That is not the case. Made 730pm reservations for sunset view. Arrived on time and all the viewing area was already taken. So no real benefit for the drink package.
Otherwise we enjoyed the view.

We definitely enjoyed the experience
Customers just need to know that you’re charged to go to the bar and look at the view and to do the tilt is extra so make sure to purchase the correct ticket entrance. In case someone is scared of heights, the tilting ride might be a little too much for them. The view is amazing though.

Wow what a great experience. Great price for the experience! I love the views! Wish they had the panoramic elevator but it’s okay. They have the whole view point of Chicago upstairs! Also you can purchase a ticket for sip and view and that is what I go! You basically get one free drink which is great considering prices. You can also have lunch or small dinner with friends and enjoy the view! You can take professional pictures and get a bundle with the family for $55 or you can get a single photo for $35. I’d recommend going in the day if you want to take pictures because it’s a clearer perspective for the camera man. I honestly feel some of them could take better pictures though. Bring at least $25-40 for parking garage if you want to use the parking they have!

An incredible experience. Pleasant bar staff & guest management made the experience feel very personal. The timed entrances meant I felt there was plenty of room to comfortably see all the views. It was a fascinating perspective. Highly recommend for any ages, as it was very family friendly.

This was something we were so excited for and it did not disappoint! The views were incredible and the atmosphere was so fun! Everyone was so respectful and helpful! We had a great bartender- good drinks! We absolutely recommend this when traveling to Chicago!

It was really good the views in the evening are amazing. We did not do the tilt but this looked so good. Would highly recommend.
The experience was amazing.
The only downside was I went to order a drink from the bar and was told to wait for the server to come to our table, waited 10 minutes but still no server came, so I went to the bar and got served there.

No queues so no need for jump the line but change of time on the day is an extra 8$ but the views on a clear day were fantastic. A must do if going Chicago
