- Ticket only allows guest to skip the ticket line and immediately enter the security line. The ticket does not grant access to the Fast Pass lane to the elevator.
- Tickets are non-refundable due to weather, low visibility, or mistakenly purchasing this attraction(360 CHICAGO is not located or affiliated with the Willis Tower). 360 CHICAGO will happily reschedule your ticket for up to a year.

Good food and big portions, very friendly staff and no bad spot on the ship. Includes a mini architecture tour, which was a nice surprise - highly recommended!

An incredible experience. Pleasant bar staff & guest management made the experience feel very personal. The timed entrances meant I felt there was plenty of room to comfortably see all the views. It was a fascinating perspective. Highly recommend for any ages, as it was very family friendly.

This was something we were so excited for and it did not disappoint! The views were incredible and the atmosphere was so fun! Everyone was so respectful and helpful! We had a great bartender- good drinks! We absolutely recommend this when traveling to Chicago!

It was really good the views in the evening are amazing. We did not do the tilt but this looked so good. Would highly recommend.
The experience was amazing.
The only downside was I went to order a drink from the bar and was told to wait for the server to come to our table, waited 10 minutes but still no server came, so I went to the bar and got served there.

When you purchase tickets directly from our website, you have the option to reserve the full package, which includes both General Admission and the Tilt experience. In contrast, third-party tickets offer only admission and a drink with the sip-and-view option. Keep in mind that additional attractions come with a small fee and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We genuinely hope you can join us again soon, especially on a day when our Tilt tickets are available!

No queues so no need for jump the line but change of time on the day is an extra 8$ but the views on a clear day were fantastic. A must do if going Chicago

Beautiful views and amazing drinks. Try to go on a clear day. The pictures they take before you get on the elevator Whet you see them on the observation floor.

Parking directions,had to drive around the block, which was annoying. No food yo buy once your in only a few snacks at the bar.

Book the 360 tilt when you purchase your tickets. I booked the view & sip. We didn't get to actually do the tilt. When we got there we walked around to see everything. Enjoyed the view! We went to purchase the tilt they told us it was to late.

booking through Viator offered no advantage..... we were told the time didn't matter and we went later then were charged more and the staff was not kind or supportive about using Viator. the views and experience were great and we were lucky and got a clear day. I would not spend the money if it were cloudy or rainy

What an amazing experience. I don't drink so the bar part was lost on me but my daughter and her friend had a blast at the bar. I loved the shopping. And the view was nothing short of spectacular! Don’t ever use this to buy in advance. Weather was too cloudy to see anything from observation deck but couldn’t cancel because didn’t know about cloudy weather until less than 24 hours in advance.

It was a very foggy day so there was nothing to see and they wouldn't provide a refund. It was our last day in Chicago so we couldn't change it to another day
So we went upstairs and looked at fog
