Nick is great and really takes it seriously! He’s not into the cliches and shut them down which was awesome.
But holy hell, this was my first time in Charleston. Bring water! I take medication that makes me heat intolerant and the alleyway nearly made me pass out.

At first, I thought this was going to be like any other ghost experience, where a guide just tells you facts and stories about ghosts. But I was wrong, in this ghost experience (ghost hunt), you learn a lot of new things and it’s really cool. You hear a story of a ghost that is a true story, then you use these devices to look for and communicate with them. Even though you may not get a ghost to respond to you or show up on any device, it’s still fun trying all the equipment out and hearing these cool stories.

Had a great time learning and using the equipment. Went with my sister and she had a blast. We couldn’t stop talking about our experience on the drive home. Have an open mind and you will enjoy yourself, even if your not a believer. I’m a big skeptic and this tour had me think twice. Remember this isn’t your basic ghost tour, you are collecting data for the ghost hunter which you will have access to. Nick new several of the other people giving tours and yes they would stop and swap stories. Made it even more enjoyable, so no bs just a good time all around. Will definitely do this again.

Nick was fantastic. He explained all the equipment to everyone. He was so honest about what we could expect. What our honest expectations should be.
Did not try to *sell* is on experiences that weren't real. But would get excited if we discovered something that was pertinent.
He has done excessive research to separate history from folk lore. Which I absolutely appreciate in this type experience.
He was very personable and funny.
All and all an awesome experience and would definitely recommend to anyone that loves the paranormal.

Carlos, as for the one piece of equipment that didn't record (versus the other more high tech pieces that did), I apologize, but when working with technology, things can happen. You were provided your accurate report the next morning of all the other recordings.
I do not "hire" anyone to provoke things during this experience. We ran into another tour guide who claimed she saw something in the location we were about to visit. I don't control what other tour guides from other companies say or do.
As for the overall evening, yes, it was a light night of activity. At the top of our investigation I always express that ghosts are not on my payroll, and activity can vary from night to night. This is the exact reason why all media from each investigation is provided the next day with an actual score. Some nights are just heavier than others and well, I can't control that. But the reports from all nights are also available for each guest to compare.
As for any "BS" or "spam" you thought you underwent, I cannot disagree more. The equipment and odd tales around Charleston (not often told through the typical ghost "tour")are the expectation from most guests to this experience and the "activity" that may occur is a hopeful bonus when it does occur.
So, the one thing I can apologize for is the one recording out of your full report that was missing due to some disconnect of the voice recorder's bluetooth.

Nick was great! Very knowledgeable with the equipment and the history. Very thorough, not a ghost walk for sure. Started before 9:00, it’s a lot of walking, returned to the hotel around midnight. We had a few good hits. We haven’t reviewed the evidence we captured yet. It’s online, we will analyze it when we get back to VA.

Thanks for celebrating your honeymoon with ghost hunting! It can be a lot of walking based on the time spent at each location. But compared to 10-12 stories crammed into 90 minutes, we feel that 5-7 tales in a 2.5 hour timeframe makes this a more memorable experience.

Very interesting! Nick is amazing with his wealth of knowledge of the paranormal. And he has the best ghost hunting tools! Make sure you are on time as you don’t want to miss anything. Tour ended up being 3 hours but the time fly by as the stories and tools were fascinating!

If you are interested in ghost tours and the paranormal you MUST take this tour! It takes the experience to a whole new level, allowing you to have hands-on involvement in the investigation of haunted locations in Charleston. We will definitely be doing this again!

Very hands on which is what I wanted. Got to walk to different haunted areas. I think the cemetery was my favorite part. Only thing I wish is that I was able to do the este’s method at the cemetery because I was getting a lot of communication there. Nick was a great host and very friendly. Would recommend!

A very unique opportunity which sets this tour apart from the others. Nick was a knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide for this experience. With his vast knowledge, sense of humor and array of high tech instruments this is a fantastic experience to partake in! With historical knowledge and individuality of each real soul we discussed the professionalism and respect given was appreciated. Yet this tour was still fun and engaging for everyone! This is not your typical "ghost story" tour. You will be using the same type of equipment that you see on paranormal investigation shows on TV and will receive a download of the data the next morning.

First of all, Nick is amazing! Each person in our group was given a device and shown how to use it! He remembered all 10 of our names!! Which is pretty impressive. The ghost hunting was exciting and historical. We can’t wait to do this again!
