Ben was an excellent tour guide! He was enthusiastic, energetic, and funny. The speaker system was loud and clear, so we could always hear Ben without any trouble. We learned so much about the places and historical figures included in the tour!

Catherine was fantastic and fun! Sooo much knowledge tied up in that bonnet! Thanks for the great info and fun! Your friends from California!

Our tour guide (I wish I remembered his name) was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He brought the history to life and made it relatable. The 90min tour actually lasted 2 hours. It is an easy walk and very interesting.

Very interesting and informative especially if you were not paying attention in school to history, this makes it more real/

Our tour guide was Elaina (Mother Goose). She was fabulous! Her explanations were very clear and done in story form that was easy to listen to and very informative. She was both a fun and friendly guide. Thank you, Elaina!!

The guide was great. He knows his history and made the storytelling fun! The rain didn’t turn anyone away as we wanted to keep going and hearing all about the freedom trail.

Enjoyable tour! I wish it was a little longer. Also, not many shady spots to stop and listen. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and kind.

It's a good overview of the area. Lots of waking but very informative. Our guide was engaging and kind. Pointed out cool extras

Catherine was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and personable. Her love of Boston showed. Highly recommend this tour

While our tour guide was nice and knowledgeable, the overlap/competition from other tour guides made it incredibly difficult and frustrating to get the full experience. We didn’t have time to take pictures and had to skip some areas due to too many different groups. Would probably see if I could find an audio tour to do instead.

Neil was amazing
Great energy and entertaining
It was hot and he got us into shade whenever possible

Great tour around the key historical sites in Boston. My kids and I learned a lot about early American history. It was exactly what we were hoping for.
Chris_B, Aug 2026
We were there early but could not figure out what group was ours - there were several. The tucket gave us an address only instead of saying what building to meet in front of. We went across the street and by time we figured out where to be it was 11:02 and the group had left. No one answered the phone and we couldn't reschedule or get a refund. Very frustrating- it was like throwing money away. We bought a walking map and figured it out ourselves.

She was very knowledgeable and funny! Great personality too. It was a great tour! I do wish it was a smaller group!

Ben our guide was excellent. He made history come alive. He also included the group to partake in answering and asking questions.

This tour was excellent! Our guide Rosalie was very informative and FUN. We all had a great time learning the history of Boston in an interactive way, even our 8yr old! We would highly recommend this tour.

Mrs. Palmer has great, knowledgable and entertaining. This tour was the perfect amount of time for children.
Beth_S, Aug 2026
Great experience. Jeremiah was entertaining and very knowledgeable. The kids (15 and 31) had a great time as well.
Joan_M, Aug 2026
A very good experience to see the Historical sites of Boston. What I did not like is that many people joined the group and it got a bit crowded. It was difficult to hear the tour guide because she was talking as she was walking forward. By the end of the tour we had at least 45 people on the tour.
BRANDON_S, Jul 2026
Great guide very informative!! What a great day only hour and AA half we could have listened to her all day!!
Kelly_D, Jul 2026
I like the fact that the company has their tour guide represent a person in our colonial history and then, speak about the character's history.
Elaina, a.k.a., Mother Goose, was early to greet the tour guests and readily showed enthusiasm for the job and tour. We valued the fact that Elaina was truly a Boston native and enjoyed listening to her personal story as it tied into the tour. The history that she provided at the various stops was not only informative but fascinating. Clearly, her experiences and former jobs in the theater arts lends itself well to being a tour guide that needs to present a lot of historical information and background to the tour guests.
I strongly recommend using this tour company for your Freedom Trail Tour. Elaina, thank you for being such a GREAT tour guide!!!
