An informative and entertaining tour of the history of Georgetown. Our guide was captivating in her storytelling and very knowledgeable of the actual events and people involved. A great way to spend Halloween night, but I highly recommend taking the tour any night!

Such a great and fun experience! Loved learning the history about Georgetown! And the spooky side of it. My favorite part had to be the prison, I was in awe with the history and I even went up to touch and take a picture with the building.

We loved our first ever Ghost Tour! Our guide knew so much history about the town, was a great storyteller and even threw in some jokes to lighten the mood! He was so into the tour that we actually went over time. We definitely recommend checking this out if you are visiting Georgetown.

Fun and entertaining tour plus very interesting history about Georgetown. It was not too much walking even for us in our 70’s but you might want to go in cooler weather. Or definitely dress for summer if going in summer weather. Ellie was our guide and she made sure we could all hear, even waiting for the loud cars to pass. It was great to hear her enthusiasm and personal stories.

Thanks for your feedback, David. There is some adult language and subjects on our Ghost Maker Tour, but we're not advocates of gratuitous or superfluous 4-letter adjectives and adverbs. So, we will address this with our guide.

We drove 45 minutes and arrived early at the location. Nobody from the tour was there. We asked around and but couldn’t find the tour guide. There was no phone number to call. No way to contact anybody.
We were very disappointed.

We share in your frustration, having heard that this was your experience. There were four other groups on your tour (about 10 people) who all arrived and were checked in with the tour guide for the 8:30 start time. Please know that we will be contacting you to resolve this issue.
It is our intention for everyone who books with us to have a wonderful and unique experience.
Regarding our phone number, it is listed on our website and on Trip Advisor/Viator, although I know they don't make it easy to find. Unfortunately, there isn't anything we can do about that.

We were a group of 6 that were very disappointed with the tour.. For the most part none of us could hear what she was saying. I’m not sure that she introduced herself. Again very hard to hear what she was saying. We hoped it would be a fun tour, but that wasn’t the case. We were so frustrated trying to understand what she was saying that we abandoned the tour about 2/3 of the way through.

Thank you for your feedback. It was a large group on the tour the night you are referring to and we were a bit confused when your group decided to sit at tables away from the rest of the group, which would indeed make it difficult to hear the guide.

Our guide was very punctual. She sent a text to let us know where to meet her. Our tour was pre Arctic front, so it was cold. Even though it was cold our guide did a fantastic job. She didn’t rush, kept us protected from the wind and did a great job of entertaining us with ghost stories and local history. Found it very informative and will walk the streets of Georgetown with a new awareness and perspective. Would certainly recommend to my friends!

This was one of the most awesome tours my fiancé and I have been on. The tour guide was awesome. She did an awesome job explaining all the history and ghost stories. You could tell the guide knew her history and was passionate about it. Hands down would recommend this to anybody and would take the tour again without hesitation.
