        We will meet at 360 boat ramp. This park charges a $5 CASH ONLY per person entry fee. They will ask you what company you are with, the name of the company is "Boat Bros" Your captain will meet you at the boat dock.

      It is a little confusing initially as there are no signs to direct you to meet the craft. Be patient, they be there and find you. The ride is smooth and offers amazing views of the 360 Bridge and all along this part of the river. We also discovered a little Venice on the ride too. Captain was respectful and receptive, happy to offer some info but never invasive. Highly recommend to all. Perfect way to spend an Autumn evening in ATX.

      *We did not get to do the boat tour.* The weather was rainy (with lightning) for the entire day. This boat tour operator does not have a phone number for contact. They did not respond to my multiple messages throughout the day regarding a rainy day policy. After I called the headquarters (a call center in New York), the operator finally responded via DM with some information. However; this was 30 minutes before the tour was scheduled to begin. My group would not have made it there on time. The company is refusing to refund or reschedule our tickets, regardless of documented efforts on my part to remedy the situation and being repeatedly ignored. I’m super disappointed and our group is out $400. Don’t recommend!

      Hi Julia, We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed, but we’d like to clarify a few details for accuracy. All tours operated as scheduled that day, and conditions at the time of departure were safe, with light rain and no lightning in the area. Many other groups were able to complete their reservations without issue. We did respond to your message as soon as possible, and our team remained available leading up to the tour. As outlined in our booking policy, tours operate rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe by the captain. Because the tour ran as scheduled and your group did not arrive, this is considered a no-show and falls outside of our standard refund policy. That said, we do want to make this right where we can. We’re happy to offer your group a credit toward a future sunset cruise if you’d still like to join us on the water.       A beautiful way to see Lake Austin. Our boat captain was knowledgeable and friendly. The homes along the banks were spectacular

      Loved this boat ride, our captain was great he was very helpful and accommodating. Very beautiful scenic views great pictures taken especially during golden hour ✨
