Our guide was very informative but also he was very funny! And kept us laughing the whole time. He gave us several recommendations on eateries in which we did frequent.
Knowledgeable guide and a good way to see Austin, helped us find our way around following the tour and plan our day better
Great tour guide. He gave us a terrific overview of the area and a lot of recommendations for where to visit and for good restaurants. We recommend this tour!
The bus trip was fun and I formative. Shortly before our start time we were asked to go on an earlier tour because our time was getting cancelled. There was no room to sit on the top deck when we arrived.
Its approximately 1 hrs. Started instruction s at 6:25pm and was back on land before 7:30pm. So don't really know where they get 2 hrs

I spoke with you the day after you left this review. When I spoke with you, you mentioned that this review was for a kayaking company, not our Double Decker tour. That makes sense, since you mentioned being back on land at 7:30 pm. We don't go on the water, and we don’t operate past 5:30 pm.

It’s the best way to learn and experience the history of Austin. Keith the tour guide was extremely knowledgeable with a sense of humour.
We took the double decker bus tour while visiting our daughter in Austin. Tour guide Jason was very fun and entertaining, he made some great recommendations for food and fun. Try Leroy and Louis for a great BBQ experience! Would definitely recommend this tour as a way to relax and see the city!

It was an average tour but a tad bit long. The tour guide was knowledgeable and personable. It would have been helpful if the staff assisted with seating as jerks in the same group took up extra seats which was rude and unnecessary. This could have been avoided if staff politely asked their group to sit together.
It was great! Jason did an excellent job. We learned a lot and went to several places that he recommended.
We had a lovely time and the tour was amusing and educational at the same time.
Take the tour as soon as you arrive in Austin because we did on our last day and we got some amazing tips of what we should have seen and experienced..but we’ll…no time …
Jason was great Docent tour guide. Now know some of best eateries and music venues. Sat top front for views of capital and Texas A & M stadium, etc.
During my visit to Austin Visitor Center we met two lovely women who work there while with my family. Atmosphere was welcoming and a staff created a pleasant first impression before the tour began the double-decker Austin single Loop sightseeing tour itself was entertaining Lively and genuinely engaging the guide delivered clear and interesting commentary highlighting Austin's history culture and major landmarks in a way that was both informative and enjoyable the overall experience was well organized safe and provide it an excellent overview of the city this tour offered a great balance of fun professionalism in educational value making it a memorable part of my Austin trip visiting my son with my sister a very memorable moment that I will never forget.
This tour was wonderful. We had a very short stay in Austin and wanted to see as much as possible. The tour was perfect! Appreciated the knowledgeable guide!
This is a great tour that provides a nice history of Austin. Our tour guide had a lot of knowledge to share and had a super personality. The tour hits all the main attractions and provides several places for that are the spots to hit. Although it was quite hot, the your on the upper deck of the bus was the way to go. The views were superb fron the top deck. Be sure to pay attention because there are a few tree branches that you will need to duck under. Overall a great tour and highly recommend for an hour and a half trip that gives any first timer to Austin a perfect start to your adventure.

It’s not a true hop on hop off type bus if that’s what you’re looking for. It’s a regular tour. The guide was awesome and you don’t have to bother with those annoying headphones. He was really funny and knowledgeable about the area. Definitely keep a look out for branches though. Some of them could skewer you.
Fun and informative way to see the city. The driver and guide did an awesome job of navigating the city and keeping us engaged. I was with my husband but this would definitely be something safe and comfortable to do as a solo traveler as well.

The bus offers air conditioning inside on the first level, and open-air seating on the second level. Our bus driver was very professional. Our narrator was entertaining and extremely informative! He gave us so much information about what we were seeing, as well as many excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to go. I just wish we had done this on our first day in Austin!
Tour guide was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. I believe her name was Maggie. Tour showed many places in and around downtown Austin. We took the capitol tour after the bus tour.
