This was a fun tour with lots of history & ghosts. Our guide was very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed seeing the older buildings, learning about their history, & how a serial killer affected the growth of this city.

Fun way to see Austin with different eyes. We don’t believe in ghosts but the stories are based on historical facts and our guide was very good at telling the stories in a way that you’re immersed in the ghost stories. What I liked the most was the ability to get inside some famous buildings. I had my 14 and 6.5 year old. More suitable for teenagers but it was ok with younger kids too.

We went on this tour our first night in Austin and it was great just for showing places around but the tour guide, Will was such a fantastic story teller and the ghost stories were great!

We had a great time, and it was very interesting, would highly recommend. Tour guide was awesome, and the speakeasy Bar was off the chain. Having a old Bowling alley that is haunted is the coolest.

Very nice tour and even on a cold Austin, TX night, Audrey the tour guide made it worth your while. She told great stories and mixed in lots of pictures of old Austin and ghost pictures. You will learn a lot and the use of pictures (whether real or not) added to the suspense of the story.

Audrey was unprepared, distracted, and the story telling was rushed and lacked details and content. And after being late was short. Compared to other tours like Haha Haunting (something like that), this one can be skipped… I can go on with more details but you hopefully get it

The tour was awful. Our guide started late and he basically just told stories that weren’t scary or really had much to do with anything. We left after 15 minutes very disappointed we’re frustrated that we wasted our time to do that. I hope the company refunds are money.

It was very informative of some history of downtown Austin. We loved that. The stories she told were very good as if you could almost imagine little Samantha on the stairway of the Driscoll. My daughter said she felt a cold sensation on the back of her leg. She kept looking for a fan or something but nothing
was there. It would have been very good to have experienced more paranormal activity. Recommend this tour for sure.

Tour was too large with 30 members. Guide was attempting to show historical pictures on his cellphone. Only inside visits were at The Speakeasy lounge and an unescourted walkthru of the Driskill lobby. Neither were that interesting. Enjoyed walking around on my own more.

Audrey had personal experience with the places she showed us on the tour. She had lots of energy and was always looking out for our safety.She was full of suggestions for great places to visit in the city and made an effort to get to know us all a bit.
After a delayed start, we headed to two different locations before returning back to our starting point. Unfortunately, the venue was quite busy so we only got to do a quick look at the elevator shaft before we headed out for a recap. Although the tour indicated it was 90 minutes, we were still done early even after the delay.

The 10/2 Haunted Austin Walking History tour at 8pm was great! My best friend and I had a blast. I’ve been a frequent visitor over the years and have become pretty familiar with Austin, but this tour opened my eyes to a whole other side of Austin. The history is fascinating and our guide was detailed. The pricing was also decent.
I would recommend this to anyone 21+ to enjoy the Speakeasy side, especially during October.
